It takes less time to return things where they belong %26amp; you will not have to hunt for anything if you stay tiddy around your living area, at home of office! It keeps me from feeling cluttered in my mind. You will find yourself having less house cleaning %26amp; more time to do the things you enjoy, try it for 2 weeks, you will find yourself feeling better about your life!Advice needed, i can't stop being messy!, got tips?
I'm proud that you choose to take care of yourself, every one should be as open to healthy %26amp; happy suggestions, take care %26amp; ask away, theres always some one that cares enough to let you know how to do things better for yourself!! If we listen we will hear more about good things in life.

try going to flylady.com. i was the same way but things are getting better.
I am a messy person too. I think there are some do's and donts. work your way towards this goal, dont expect to be miss perfect overnight. start with just a few changes....making sure you put any food type items away immediately so things dont spill and/or stink. keep things like shoes and keys in the same spot all the time so you are not digging thru the mess trying to find them. I have a messy boy also so our house can get really messy fast. get some nice baskets or storage containers and just throw stuff in there every so often, if you can do something quickly your more likely to do it. there are lots of organization storage containers you can buy, that makes a huge difference too. do a search on the internet or get a book from the library, there are lots of ideas out there.
OH my gosh im the same way ,, its not trash its good stuff its just that if it dont fit in the drawers i just laid them in the floor and then there became a huge pile of clothes, i actually bought those stackable buckets with lids ... that helpd out alot created alot more storeage room.. also i threw out anything i didnt wear or use in the past year..
Tips from a fellow clutterer. First step is to get rid of anything that you haven't used for 6 months. You may need to keep the odd thing that has sentimental value but is important that you be ruthless. next, the last thing I do before I go to bed is pick things up and put them away. Everything now has a place. If there is no place for it, get rid of it. Its just a start, but once you do it will all come together. Good luck
