Advice and/or tips on quitting smoking?

I smoked cigs for 5 years. I decided today to give it up. I know how unhealthy it is. Im only 21 years old. How much will it help me by quitting now?Advice and/or tips on quitting smoking?

I already stopped smoking for 2 months ago
People can smoke for years and not develop anything malignant...it would help a LOT...just quit, do something else when u think aboiut...i know its drugs, but try marijuana...it's not addictive and u can easily let go of nicotine by taking cannabis, and then just quit cannabis if dnt like it...





*Cannabis is not physically addictive, like nicotine is...
It can't help by NOT quitting now, right? But not everyone can quit cold turkey... if you can though, all the better... if not, read this article...
