No days off is not healthy - try not to do this. You need at least one day off a week to unwind and relax..
However, I am not here to lecture you :-)
Once I was working under very stressful conditions for almost 20 hours straight, and then found I couldn't sleep - I was totally wired.. So I took a walk on the beach and right away it seemed like my mind began to calm itself
Take a few hours and get out in nature - go for a walk by some water if you can.. even though you are tired, the sound of water, and the wind and the trees etc.. revitalize you, calm you down so that you can sleep.
