Ok so i decided i want to gauge my ears.i had my ears pierced for years now,so the other day i bought 18 and they pretty much went right in.How long should i weight before going to 16 %26amp; any tips you have about stretching and the gauging process etc.thanks %26lt;3Ear stretching tips %26amp; advice?
First off, an 18g might be (and probably is) the same size you were originally pierced at.
Anything from 20g-10g I usually say just play it how it feels. They're such small stretches. If it doesn't hurt, bleed, or swell, I'd go to the next size. Don't force anything, but like I said, they are so small, and if you had them pierced for a while, they're probably a little bigger than the original pierce, just because of pulling, heavy earrings, dangling earrings, etc. Find the size you need to start at. It'd probably be a 14g.
DO NOT DO THIS FOR STRETCHES BIGGER THAN 10G! You need to wait at least a month between stretches. Some stretches may even require 3 or 6 months in between. For now, just see how it feels. If it hurts, you're doing it wrong.Ear stretching tips %26amp; advice?
i recon, you should go on one of those pulley machine things with your ear. :)

Can someone give this soon to be mom some wonderful tips to do when my baby arrive? Any advice is good advice?
1 Sleep when they do.
2 Put them to sleep in their crib as soon as possible, they will learn to love their crib as a safe and secure place.
3 Remember it gets better, month 3 is like a break through.
4 Love and snuggle your baby as much as you can.
5 Trust yourself, you are always right.
6 Ask your doctor anything... I mean anything.
7 Offer a bottle once a day if you are breastfeeding, I wish I would have done that, she is now 9m and won't take a bottle. Can someone give this soon to be mom some wonderful tips to do when my baby arrive? Any advice is good advice?
Well, while you are still pregnant get as much rest as you can. If you have a significant other spend as much time with them as you can. Also don't stress out. It's hard to be completely ready for baby and you will end up rearranging when you get home with the baby anyway.. so just take it easy till little one gets here.
When you have the baby don't stress.... your instincts will kick in! You will probably end up having a million questions and it's ok to ask each and every one of them! And last but not least when the baby is a few months old and you are ready to let someone else baby sit (even if it's only for a few hours) take the opportunity to have some time to yourself or some time with your S.O. You time and time alone with your S.O. will do a world of good for you. IT will bring you and your S.O. together and it will give you time to enjoy something you like. Good luckCan someone give this soon to be mom some wonderful tips to do when my baby arrive? Any advice is good advice?
Sleep as much as possible...when the baby lays down, if possible, you lay down too!
dont worry about it just believe that you will be a wonderful mom so advice is just to relax and stay calm.
Get as much rest at the hospital as you can and when you go home, sleep when the baby sleeps. Congratulations and good luck!
'sleep when the baby sleeps', I know thats pretty common advice but its really easy to think 'oh, while baby's napping I'll just throw a load of laundry in, do some dishes and tidy'. So seriously...nap whenever you can! Also, accept help from people who offer and don't be afraid to ask someone close to you to come watch the baby for half an hour while you have a shower or something. Most people close to you will be DYING to help out anyways : ) other than that, enjoy ur little one, cause sooner than you think you'll be missing how tiny and peacefull they were : ) good luck and congrats!
1. Sleep is always a good thing.
2. If your breastfeeding, insist on breastfeeding as soon as the baby is born and skin to skin contact.
3. If you're having a vaginal delivery ask for a stool softener when you leave the hospital for your first couple of BM's b/c you'll be sore.
4. Arrange for someone to help you the first week, help around the house, cook, you know things like that.
5. ice packs for you bottom area, you'll be very sore and the coolness helps after a vaginal delivery.
6. Take it easy, don't do too much for at least the first 2 weeks, or unless your feeling up to it. (my biggest mistake)
7. Take LOTS of pictures, that baby is going to grow so fast!
8. Enjoy being a new mommy, its the best feeling in the world!
Good luck with everything and congrats on the baby
Hopefully that helps, just trying to think of things that I wish someone would've told me or I would've done haha
Sleep.... at every possible moment.
Outside of that, everything comes naturally, maybe not right away, but it does. Your baby will tell you what to do.

It means it's base plus commision. Might be when you get someone to sign up for a macy's card you get a little extra.
When you interview, just stress your customer service skills (experience also, if you have it). These department stores nowadays really push the credit cards so show them that you can sell something. Good luck!I have an interview for macy's in a few days, advice? tips? anything at all will help please. whats the salary
I work at Macy's, and you earn a comission if you sell furniture, mattresses, cosmetics, or perfumes. But in any other department, you earn 2 dollars for every person you get to open a Macy's credit card account. And then they just pay you out of the register. It's a really fun job if you love fashion and shopping. Plus, you get a 20 percent discount on your macy's credit card balance. Customers can always be frustrating, but for every frustrating one, you will meet 5 really nice, friendly people. Good luck on the job!!
ive neva workd there bt always have all ur gud attributes on hand becuz they will ask u that also ur worse attributes bt give one thats still gud lik u talk 2 much customers wud much rather have a talkative clerk rather than a rude one GUD LUCK!!!!!

Dealing with the heat in Egypt... any tips or advice?
I'm going on Holiday tomorrow to Sharm El Sheikh (going with a friend, was a 4* hotel really cheap!)
I've never really been anywhere really hot before, and it's supposed to be around 30-40C the next 10 days there.
What is the best way to keep cool, not get heatstroke and get used to the heat quickly?
I do intend to drink lots of water, go in the pool lots and stay in the shade... any other better ideas?Dealing with the heat in Egypt... any tips or advice?
Big tip = dont have the aircon too cold, you adapt better that way %26amp; it can make you ill to keep going from hot to really cold.
Stay out of the mid day sun.
Cotton clothing %26amp; underwear is a must.
As well as drinking plenty of water, have salt on your food, it helps to replace the salts your body looses in the heat, so you have less chance of getting ill.
Sunscreen, no need to say any more on that.
Hope you have a good time.Dealing with the heat in Egypt... any tips or advice?
Ive been there . you'lll get used to the heat the next day. In Egypt, most places dont have a clue what can i have ice with that means. They give you soda or water, and it would be boiling. Take lots ofcold water and a mini fan. When your entering egypt,it will be annoying because there are like millions of people entering. Umm.. buy icecream from their and try to have water with you at all time possible.
Just wanted to warn you, if the hotel your stying in is across a busy street, your not gonna get sleep. It's lik night time is day time to them. When i went their, they were playing with their horns, four guys would start a musical or something with their horns, so take something to help you sleep. Dont run alot in egypt, or your gonna fll or trip or faint. Thats all i can say, oh and take an extra blanket in your suitcase, cuz the hotel might turn out to be a dump.I stayed in one last year, it was supposedly 5 starts, when we went their, it was filth, gross, and did not fit the description.
we wore light clothing and even though i am not a hat person i used one, we drank plenty of bottled water and we were ok. Our room had air con so we turned it on for short bursts at a time, because you could very well end up with a sore throat. You will have a ball of a time so enjoy every moment of this beauitful country.
wear loose fitting, light colored clothing. Take sunglasses and a hat that will cover your face and neck. Other than that, lots of water as you said. Don't try to take on physical activities that are out of your ability range. don't forget sunscreen.
Stay inside between 10-4

Middle school, 7th grade, warnings? Tips? Advice?
I've been home-schooled since the middle of 5th grade. Now I'm in 7th grade my parents are divorced and my grandmother is recovering from breast cancer and my dad left me for his new wife and family. My mom is REALLY low on money and is trying to go to collage but doesn't have much time to home-school me. For about a year now I've been teaching myself from books and computers. She wants to send me to public middle school and I don't know what to do. Warnings? Tips? Advice?Middle school, 7th grade, warnings? Tips? Advice?
How do you feel about going to public school? If you want to go, I am sure you will find a group of kids that you will connect. Funny though, usually the kids that are the most welcoming are the ones that don't always make the best choices so be aware of that.
If you go public, try to dress mainstream. Don't wear anything that will make you stand out in an odd way. Be or act confident. If you are feeling nervous, try to pretend you are not. The couselors office will be able to help you also. They can assign you someone to help out. Usually, they get kids that are doing well in school and have friends.
It may take a little bit for you to find kids that have the same interests in you. But, be yourself and you will. This maybe a hard adjustment for you but there are many rewards you can get. Clubs, socializing, etc. Just get involved wherever you feel you might like.
However, if you do not want want to go to school, the district you live in may have an school internet program. The district I live in does. I know a 8th grade girl that is doing that does this. Your mom could call and find out.
Changes are always hard and I really feel for you. It sounds like maybe if you go to school you will be able to escape your home life for a little while. This really may be the best for you even though it can be scary. After the first week, you will really start to get used to it.
If you are behind academically, there should be many resources to help you get caught up.
I wish you the very best.Middle school, 7th grade, warnings? Tips? Advice?

maybe you can try this
http://www.offersite.co.cc/stopsmoking
Its using useful psychology technique to help me stop smoking
this is the better and easiest ways
that I have tried before, it's work :)
I already stopped smoking for 2 months ago
People can smoke for years and not develop anything malignant...it would help a LOT...just quit, do something else when u think aboiut...i know its drugs, but try marijuana...it's not addictive and u can easily let go of nicotine by taking cannabis, and then just quit cannabis if dnt like it...
*Cannabis is not physically addictive, like nicotine is...
It can't help by NOT quitting now, right? But not everyone can quit cold turkey... if you can though, all the better... if not, read this article...

Ebayy selling games tips/advice?
i have halo 1,2,3 for xbox/360. should i go and sell seperately or in a bundle...halo 2 is the ltd edition.
thanksEbayy selling games tips/advice?
Go and look and see what they are selling for individually just like yours, if one or more sell for alot by itself then sell it by itself since most people willing to pay for alot may not want to buy the other games with it also if its in a bundle and skip over it.
If none are selling for very much then try and bundle them, or see if anyone else is selling all 3 and see what theirs is going for.
Basically just search on ebay some and see.

Viewing properties - Advice, Tips, & Help?
We are planning on viewing a few properties tomorrow and Saturday, then hopefully a second viewing next week..
What should we be looking for on the 1st viewing?
Then, what do we starting looking at on the 2nd viewing?
On paper the properties look in really good condition, and modern...
2beds ex-council houses £95,000
What kind of offers do we make?
What do we base them on? Can they be conditional, based on the surveyor
1st time buyers in need of some useful advice :)
ThanksViewing properties - Advice, Tips, %26amp; Help?
Location, location, location is and always has been the watchword. It is better to buy the worst house in the best street not the best house in the worst street. You can always improve a house, but the area is beyond your control. So beware that aspect.
Initial viewing is a once over of the street and the house. Check for prosperous neighbours, good quality cars in the street or road always shows an affluent area. Coffee shops and high end grocery stores is also a good sign. Schools are a consideration. You may not have a family or plan one but eventually it may be an issue so plan for that eventuality. Ask specific questions about Council tax rates, water rates and energy costs over the previous year(s). Ask about any residential problems the current owner has had, bad neighbours, local crime stats etc.
With regard to the house, this is the Initial viewing. Here its more important to be general. So is the interior layout a good fit for you. Does the house feel RIGHT. Most people know when they walk in the door that a house is right for them. Check the overall decor, are the walls well painted, papered. Does the kitchen have all the doors on the cabinets. Are the door handles a match throughout. Silly things put you off but look past the silly stuff and consider the overall picture. You can always negotiate a better deal if you do. Which depends on the circumstances as you find them.
With regard to the negotiations, concider carefully all aspects of the property. Think with your head not your heart. Its a business decision and the most important one you will ever make. It has the potential to earn you a fortune if done right and to cost you one if done wrong. Ask questions of your agent. Has there been other offers in the past that have been rejected. If so why. If there have been no offers how long has the property been on the market. If its not selling then why, whats wrong it maybe the price or there maybe a defect you are unaware of. Check these out before agreeing to purchase, use your agent thats their job and one they are well rewarded for. Make the sale conditional on a structural survey and haggle if a major problem is found that you can live with for a few months. If you are unable to live with one thats found during the survey you are paying for then WALK AWAY.
Good luck with the search. Beware of unscrupulous agents. Don't rely on information they provide, always check with the owner or make private enquiries if in doubt. The information is usually there you just have to find it.Viewing properties - Advice, Tips, %26amp; Help?
Just look for any signs of damage, wear and tear, or damp, anything that is visible without too much looking, if you make an offer on any property and the survey report comes back showing that works are needed or that the property is worth less that what is is being sold at then you can make a lower offer or stick to the original offer as long as the vendor does all the work needed to the property. Some mortgage lenders offer free valuations with certain products.
Make a list of characteristics that are important to you such as location, appliances, neighborhood safety and see if you can find a property that meets all of those conditions. Don't make an offer until you consult a real estate agent. It is good to have your own real estate agent so that they are not influenced by the seller.
You want to absorb as much as you can at each viewing. Look at the condition of the appliances and heating systems, newer is always better. And refer to your personal list of characteristics that you want your home to have. Hope that helps. Good luck.
Things to do:
First viewing is to see if you could (want to) live there
Ignore the furniture and decoration
Check out the neighbourhood as you approach
Stand outside for a short while before or after (and listen)
Look in all the rooms, open all the doors, and look in all the corners... basically take it all in
See if what you have will fit (rough guess!)
Check what will be included
The first viewing is just really to see if it 'fits' you don't need to go overboard
The second viewing is when you are happy with house in principal... now you look for damage, things that need changing / fixing / removing
Look at how much it will cost to get the house the way you want a home
On first viewing, decide if it is the type of house you want. Look for obvious damage / areas to improve. Then when you decide if you want to go ahead with a second viewing, make a list of things you want to check. If it not obvious, ask the estate agent. They have to be honest
Don't buy before you secure a home inspection by a qualified professional. They can uncover any problems you may not recognize immediately. And yes, the contract can be written with that condition.
First viewing, look all around the neighborhood. What does the house back up to? How much traffic is in the neighborhood. In what condition are the adjacent houses?
Visit any homes you like after work hours and on the weekends to see the community as it really is.
Remember, look at the basic house, not the furnishings or other cosmetic items such as paint colors, floor coverings, etc. Those can easily be changed.
Take pictures of everything, both the good and the bad. This will give you a record of what you liked after the tour is finished. Then, when decision time comes, ask a family member or trusted friend to come along with you to view the property you've selected. Get the opinion of someone with experience.
Good luck!

Good luck!

DON'T STUDY TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, I took the SATs in March. I did fantastic - I never have to take them again now. But I know I did more poorly than I could have done because I studied the night before. I had nightmares ALL NIGHT and only got 6 hours of sleep! Here are sure-fire tips to help you do well!
1. Don't drink coffee before the exam - you'll buzz your brain only to crash.
2. Get a lot of sleep! Drink Chamomile tea or warm milk if you have to before bed.
3. Eat a nice carby dinner, like pasta.
4. Relax the night before by doing something like watching a movie or taking a nice bath.
5. Make sure you're not drowsy by the time you get to the testing area! Get in the shower and turn it on cold if you have to for maybe 30 seconds (then just go on warm if you can't stand more than 30 seconds of icy water like me, hahaha) but don't use like any drugs like caffeine or sugary things like soda or candy to wake you up.
6. Eat a big breakfast (but not so much that you'll be completely stuffed, which will make you tired!), maybe eggs and toast, or something with peanut butter... Just make sure you have loads of protein and fiber to fill you up and keep you going strong!
7. Don't freak yourself out! My poorest score was on the writing because I flipped out when I started the test (THE ESSAY PORTION IS ALWAYS FIRST!!!)... I kept thinking, ';OH MY GOSH! I'M TAKING THE SAT THE SAT THE SAT! AHHHHH!';
8. I don't care what anyone tells you, guess! You never lose any points for not doing anything, but you gain a point for every answer you get write. Technically, though, you do lose 1/4 of a point for every time you get an answer wrong, but if you can eliminate 2 choices, that means you actually have a 1/3 chance of getting it right! Oh, and on the grid-ins (the math ones which you use bubbles to write your answers instead of letters a b c, etc.), a wrong answer NEVER counts against you.
9. There are very very few triples on the exam, the collegeboard purposely makes sure there aren't as many as there should be mathmatically so you don't Christmas tree the exam and get more than you ';should';.
10. The SAT will NEVER say anything bad about a minority group or women, so if you're reading something and it asks you what word best describes Chi Lin, it's ALWAYS going to be something positive or neutral.
11. The SAT also goes up in increasing difficulty in the grammar questions and the math questions, but every single one of them are worth the same amount of points, so don't spend too much time on one. Pacing yourself is the KEY!!!
12. Also, on some word inserting questions, there'll be two blanks or one... Use context clues but also, there's the ';positive, negative'; approach. Here's a question I made for you.
';Simon was dejectedly dragging his feet as he walked down the street, but when he saw his girlfriend, he ____.';
a) smiled b) frowned c) scoffed d) ululated e) cacchinated
Okay, so you many not know the last two words (or at least pretend you don't if you do because you're a latin nerd like I am hahaha) - don't WORRY! Use the negative word ';but'; - it implies that Simon wasn't dragging his feet when he saw his girlfriend. What would that mean? It's sort of like saying ';Simon was feeling bad but then he felt ____';... Simon felt good when he saw his girlfriend! The ';negative'; word, but, means that the blank has to imply an opposite feeling, right?
So the answer wouldn't be b or c... And since you probably don't know what the heck the last two mean, the answer that makes the most sense would be ';a) smiled';. Even if a) was wrong, you still had a 34 % chance of getting it correct - but a) is right, just so you know, hahaha. :)
ANYWAY!
BEST OF LUCK!!!!!!!!!! :) You'll do your best, don't worry! And it's not the end of the world, whatever you do get!

Starting student teaching shortly - any tips/suggestions/advice?
1. have fun but realize that this is a 'real' job...many schools hold students accountable for what happens to them while you were there even after you are gone...
2. be prepared...in fact be over prepared...the worst thing that can happen is to come up short in your lesson and have 1/2 a period to kill...
3. be professional...in the way you speak, dress and act...many of the things you have become accustomed to in the college world are not always acceptable in the 'real world'...
4. avoid falling into the habit of befriending the students and fraternizing with them...many of them will see you more as a peer if you are on the ms/hs level...
5. don't get involved in any cliques or politics of the building, which every school has...their problems were there before you and will stay there long after...
6. don't be afraid to make mistakes...I have been teaching for 14 years and there are days that are absolute disasters because I over estimated how well something was going to work...don't get too high or too low on any one experience because ther will be hundreds if not thousands over the course of a teaching career
best of luck...Starting student teaching shortly - any tips/suggestions/advice?
There are some really good tips here so far, so I won't repeat. One thing I suggest is to get a copy of ';The First Days of School'; by Harry Wong. It is a great book that gives advice to novice teachers on many topics.
Good luck and have fun!Starting student teaching shortly - any tips/suggestions/advice?
Remember that you are ultimately a guest in another teachers classroom and that can be difficult for both of you. Be flexible and patient. The kids will try to test you at first so be firm up front friendly later. Don't feel guilty if you can't wait to be done but don't count down in front of the Directing Teacher. If you have problems try discussing them with the DT before bringing them to your college supervisor. Good luck!!!
I hate that oversimplified book by Wong. The very first thing you should do when in the class is learn your supervising teacher's discipline protocol. Worry about making your own when you have your own classroom. Also, ask you Supervising Teacher about everything. He/She will give you a lot of one on one advice that will be specific for your area of teaching. Most importantly, enjoy it. You will learn more about teaching in your student teaching experience than all your years of ';teacher training'; could hand you.
You will undoubtedly have a wise guy or gal who will want to test you. From years of teaching experience, my advice is make it known at once that you are in charge and will tolerate no childish behavior.eyebrows liner

Girls...I'm a boy who likes to crossdress. I want to be a girly girl. Can you give me some tips or advice?
You don't have to wear pink to be a girly girl. Pastels are usually the way to go. Flowy, frilly tops. Not too much make up. I would definitely recommend shaving your legs and arms (girls are just naturally less hairy) and maybe your armpits if you grow a lot of hair there too. Ballet flats are super cute and girly.
P.S. I think it's cool that your open about cross dressing! Just wear whatever you like and don't worry about what other people will think. As long as your happy.Girls...I'm a boy who likes to crossdress. I want to be a girly girl. Can you give me some tips or advice?

Girls...I'm a boy who likes to crossdress. I want to be a girly girl. Can you give me some tips or advice?
Why in the world are you a boy who wants to be a girly girl???DO you know hw gay that is??? Like for real you should just be a boy but if your looking to be like that then what ever heres some tips- Wear clothes that are really femine as like stuff thats bringht not dark. ANd you might want to wear a lot of jwelery like those bangles and long braclets. Wear things like skirts and shoes and stuff. DOnt really wear sneakers okay? Um wear make up to put dont mke it over do it okay! And keep your hair out or in a high ponytail. Keep the scrunchy matching your clothes ALWAYS!!! Sorry if thats not enough im a girl/ tomboy kksz
- Wearing bright pink and a nice dark scarf shows off male feminism and gives a very nice appeal
- Wear confidence and don't care what others think
- Tight jeans make you look nice as they look like skinny jeans
- Leaving your hair down or curling it makes it look very feminine since guys really don't care about their hair
- Acting like one always a thumbs up!
- Heels on a guy looks scary unless all the hairs on your toes are gone :)
I guess try more fitted clothes and skirts and dresses. Try flats instead of runners? Try some girly accessories, necklaces, hair bands, etc. Maybe try lace detailing or flowery patterns on your clothes. Depends how girly you want to look. I guess the main thing would be to wear fitted clothes.
my friend said to be your self you got a di ck not a pu$$y stop being a fag.
My opinion is to just do what feels right. If you like it then go for it.

I want to grow my hair long....any tips and advice?
I've always had short cropped hair and I'm tired of it and I love to try long hair for now....
I'm almost 16 years old, I have the BLACKEST AND THE STRAIGHTEST hair in the world, I'm pretty slim, 140 pounds, 5'10'; tall, pale skin, green eyes.....
A student in a prep school....that's pretty much it.
I really want to try to have a long hair...but how is it to be styled? to be maintained? how to keep it soft and shiny and those questions.I want to grow my hair long....any tips and advice?
Well for one try using Mane N' Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the time and it makes your hair grow faster. You can find it at walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should use cold or
luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it. Even hot water hurts your hair.
Btw if your looking for a cute hairstyle to try out these tutorials. they are awesome. ;D

Massage small amounts of fresh or canned coconut milk into the scalp and keep overnight if possible or at least for a few hours. This procedure will help hair grow longer, thicker and also make your hair look soft and shiny. Try http://usefulinfo-hairgrow.blogspot.com/ for more remedies and details.

I want to be able to satify him without him having to do all the work.Any tips and advice from girls and guys urgently needed?
You should both talk about what you would like to try. Try renting some adult movies and get some ideas, I know most are fake, but you get the general idea. Of course, don't go for any unnatural things that people can do. If you love each other, then you'll be patient with each other and communicate your desires. Try simply asking him what he would like you to do. If he is a gentleman he won't mind explaining to you in a proper way.
I hope you sort it out together in a peaceable way.Any tips and advice from girls and guys urgently needed?
do something that makes you feel comfortable. don't bend over backwards for some guy because he feels you don't satisfy him enough. he should be happy with whatever you do, even if it might suck, at least you're trying. and if you're getting embarrassed because you don't know what to do, talk to him. do it together, partnership. who cares what tips other people or websites give you, they're not having sex with you or him. not all people like the same thing. find out from your partner what he likes. play with him. do it together. find out new hot spots. experimenting can be the most fun sometimes. sex doesn't have to be like some game where there are 2 individual people, coming up with their own moves, by themselves, and they just get together and try to combine their own with their partners, and hope nothing clashes. it doesn't have to be ';his rhythm'; or ';her rhythm';, how bout . . . ';our rhythm';. don't keep it a 2 player game, make it 1.
Be more seductive or do something you've never done. Not postion or movement wise..Add a little flavor to the scene. Show him that you want it and that you wentan extra length to make it better.. Chocolate syrup is always a fun one, a different setting, find out his fetish, talk more during sex, there are so many things that you can do.. Without your confidience dropping to different levels...Watch porn... I know that sounds weird but you can find a lot of different things on that and on some sex sites..Be spontanous and go for it.
Jump on top. You have more control that way.

do something that makes you feel comfortable. don't bend over backwards for some guy because he feels you don't satisfy him enough. he should be happy with whatever you do, even if it might suck, at least you're trying. and if you're getting embarrassed because you don't know what to do, talk to him. do it together, partnership. who cares what tips other people or websites give you, they're not having sex with you or him. not all people like the same thing. find out from your partner what he likes. play with him. do it together. find out new hot spots. experimenting can be the most fun sometimes. sex doesn't have to be like some game where there are 2 individual people, coming up with their own moves, by themselves, and they just get together and try to combine their own with their partners, and hope nothing clashes. it doesn't have to be ';his rhythm'; or ';her rhythm';, how bout . .
Any tips or advice on how to deal with..(uk)?
I was in a destructive, abusive, violent unhealthy relationship, last sunday he was giving me silent phone calls on my house phone, came to my house monday and threatened to kill me and became violent, the thing is 2 years prior he sexually assaulted me and I never reported it to the police. I went to a rape clinic and the police are now involved as I have made 2 statements last week to them regarding both incidents. Any advice or anyone that has been through similar? thanksAny tips or advice on how to deal with..(uk)?
You need to find a friend to stay too cause with this type of guys is usually dangerous to stay by yourself and you need to report everything to the police. Do you have restrain orders in the U.K.?
Oh and you need to lock and secure all your doors and windows and take self-defense courses.Any tips or advice on how to deal with..(uk)?
sorry to hear you have had such a rough time. I too was in the same kind of relationship minus the sexual assault(even tho he threatened it) My biggest regret is not reporting anythin that happened, I have a little girl with this man, and it ended up in court but the courts didnt take any head of anythin he had done as i didnt make statements when it happened or any proof, It has taken over the last 3 years of my life)(not thru choice)just him makin life difficult and i am now determined to move on.. Just go with it, get a tape recorder and carry it everywhere, or even a camcorder, try and be as sly as him just try and get proof of everything no matter how insignificent you think it mite be, hopefully this will make you a stronger and better person for what you have gone thru, i know it has me. the very best of luck and email me if you need a chat x x
talk to the police that are involved ask to get a restraining order on this guy he can only show up so many times before he gets thrown the book. he seems the stalker type so make sure your always safe let your friends know this guy is causing you problems and they will up there guard over you like not letting u walk home alone and stuff like
its a shame u have to change you lifestyle because of him but still to stay safe and this is the way you need to do it to make sure this looser doesnt catch u alone untill he is tagged or convicted
good luck
I would try to escape to a family member or close friend for a while and as someone else suggested change your phone numbers.
Some companies allow you to change your number for free based on various conditions, worth checking out.
Maybe inform your manager if working too and see about getting time of work pehaps.
What a horrible thing to be going through. Can you get a restraining order out on him? I'm glad the police are now involved. Make sure you write everything down, such as those phone call, etc. This way you will have a record in case you ever need it. Good luck to you and stay safe.
Make A Diary Off Everything Hes Doing Too You.
Then Give It Too The Police As Evident.
Also Tell Them About The Treats And Phone Calls.

Stay strong and change your phone number.

I need tips too get into my high schools dance team. I have till march too improve everything! any advice?
I am trying out againest many girls that have danced for a long time. i have only danced for 2 years.. the dance team is more of a hiphop/kick/poms type team with some jazz. we do lots of kicklines and i need advice to get all types of kicks higher and have a better form. thankss!I need tips too get into my high schools dance team. I have till march too improve everything! any advice?
i'll give you some quick bullet points that are sure to help!
-definitely stretch EVERYDAY
-kick are not just about flexibility but also about power, so, strengthen those leg muscles
-enthusiam!
-facial expressions (no one likes to see a dead face when performing)
-great attitude!!
basically, most of the time, teams will look more for potential and attitude than anything else! so just have fun and a positive attitude! good luck!!!I need tips too get into my high schools dance team. I have till march too improve everything! any advice?
OK. i tried out for my high shcool dance team and made it. We do the same types of thigns like yall do! You need to make sure you stretch everyday. I would try my best to get a split down all ways and it will make your kicks a whole lot higher. Just remember to have like a lot of facial expression. Just keep practicing and keep stretching and you wil get it
I'm in the same boat as you are, except I'm trying out for my college dance team. All I can say is practice hard, every single day! But always stretch! Just think, those girls might be good and have skills with kicks, etc. but they all had to start somewhere, ya know? So, stretch and give it your all. Best of luck!! :)
For flexibility, try these stretches.
Make sure to warm up properly before doing ANY of these!!!!
A straddle is the best stretch for splits in second. Sit up with your feet straight in front of you. Now, push your legs as far out to the side as you can. Then, stretch over to your right and try to touch your ear to your knee. Make sure to keep both your butt cheeks firmly on the ground (or else you won't get the full benefit on the stretch). Go to your left and do the same thing. Now, go forward and try to touch your belly button to the ground. Try to keep your legs turned out.
After you do this, use your hands to push yourself up and over the splits so your legs are behind you and your chest is on the floor. Go against a wall and do this. While pushing your legs against the wall, try to get your legs as close to the splits as possible.
You can do a straddle stretch against a wall and have a friend push your butt so you will get closer to the wall.
Lay down, but bring your legs out to second (basically a laying down straddle). Now, push your legs down as far as they will go, the goal being completely straight.
A resistance stretch is great for front splits. First, lay down. Keep one leg straight. Bring the other up and grab with both hands. Try to get the leg you are grabbing as close to your face as possible WITHOUT bending your leg on the ground (keep it fully on the ground) and keep your back and butt firmly on the ground.
If you want, do the resistance stretch, only have a friend push down your leg rather than you grab it.
Sit in a jazz split position (a split but with the back leg bent and turned out). Lean towards the inside of the split, trying to get your head to touch the ground. Then, lean forward. Try to get your nose to touch your knee.
Do a lunge stretch. Just stand straight up, then slide one foot out in front of you with the knee at a 90 degree angle.
Go into the splits, only bend your front leg at a 90 degree angle, turned out. Your front leg should be completely on the ground. Now, lay down over your front leg, trying to get your face to touch the ground.
Lastly, do an arabesque penchee. Now, pulse your leg up 8 times, trying to get it as high as you can.
Then, slide into the splits. When in the splits, try to get your face to touch your leg, then go inside the splits and try to get your face to touch the ground.
Hold all of these for 30 seconds. Try to do these everyday or as often as possible. Don't push anything too hard ever! Time spent healing an injury is time spent losing flexibility. Use it or lose it!
For your form - just practice. Practice your technique, your facials, your energy, everything. It IS possible to make this team. You just need to find out exactly what is required of you and practice that. You will have to work your butt off. You will have to work everyday until you are blue in the face. If you can't commit - don't even start. Just know that with this hard work comes a great reward - knowing you are the best and that you can make that team.
Honestly, best of luck!eyebrows liner

If you're growing your hair long, use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner, perhaps even organic so chemicals don't split your hair.
I use main and tail, even though it's not organic it works really well and gives your hair natural body (because it's a horse and human shampoo)
also, try not to fry your hair. If you want to blow dry it, use a sprat protector on your hair.
Also let your hair air dry, don't brush it while it's wet, and don't scruff it up with a towel.
When it's dry, take some water and spray parts you may think look sort on kinked, and blow dry them in your prefered way.
Good luckI want to grow my hair long....any tips and advice?
just care for it by washing it and make sure you get it trimmed ever couple of months and wait. i think you grow half a inch every months so just wait, wait, wait.
There are several ways to promote hair growth
take biotin
take ashwaganda
You should increase protein intake
You need lots of vegetables and fruits
Externally get good hair oil like Mira hair oil
It will promote faster hair growth

Fashion tips and advice...greatly appreciated!?
hey! i am collecting information on many different topics so i wanted some tips and stuff like that on fashion. like what are good outfits, whats in whats out. what you enjoy wearing or whatever you want to write thank you so much!Fashion tips and advice...greatly appreciated!?
Tights are an amazing thing to have. Since winter is here the favorite skirts and dresses you wore in the summer are a little chilly, this is why tights are amazing! You can still wear that outfit!
Flats are great as well! You can wear them with almost anything! The only problem is they are a little chilly for the wintertime, so you might not want to wear them. Boots are great in this case. I just got a pair of leather boots and I wear them all the time! They can work with anything!
Headbands! I'll say it once and I'll say it again. Headbands work for any length hair and are a great thing to wear when you can't think of a hairstyle.
Trench coats are so cute and are totally in this season! They are perfect for winter weather and I love how they look! They can be a bit pricey though.
Belts. And I dont just mean a belt to hold those too-big pants up. People are using belts to accent their middle so if you love your waist, try a belt to show it off! You can wear them over shirts or dresses or high waisted skirts!
Never combine patterns! I know that some magazines may say this looks cute, but its overwhelming! A flower pattern shirt and a striped bottom don't work! They distract from your face as well!
Word of advice: The unwritten rules in fashion are so many; too many to count. Here is one. So many people look through fashion magazines and wear exactly what they see. But that isnt the point. The fashion world doesnt want everyone looking the same. They want people to use this seasons fashions, and make them into something that they would wear! What i mean by this is you have to give what you see your own twist or else everything looses personality.
I hope this all helped!
OH! one more thing! Fashion is currently changing, but they are all pulling everything from something that has already been done before. Let me explain. This year, its the 80s all over again. Do you get what I mean? They take things that have been done before, and add new little bits to them!

Any tips and advice on how to get a children's story and picture book published?
Luck, persistence, networking, decent writing, Unhindered by defeat, the text can be read by/understood by/enjoyed by children once they CAN read it, some kind of hook such as great illustrations that accompany the story line, a publisher of course, but don't hold your breath. At 1500 plus submissons a week, you may be on the bottom of the pile for a very long time, OR if read and you are fortunate enough to get a rejection notice,,, take it as a compliment that at least the story was read.
12 Sesame street stories, long ago, still enjoy childrens works.
Take a lesson from stories like ';Good Night Moon'; and Polar Express'; to name two.
Seek out the smaller houses, and those that are strictly devoted to material for children. Start with features, submitted to magazines.
Be innovative, but not abstract, follow the standards/classics and safety in them.
Get copies of Writers Digest, and scan the classifieds in the back, looking for submissions.

New york tips&advice?
I'm going to nyc in august, can you suggest me any interesting places, someplace where there is good food at a good price, somewhere to go , convenient shoops?
Thanks a lotNew york tips%26amp;advice?
here are some suggestions and tips from our personal experience:
we went to NY for a week.
we had a blast!!!
you should visit Serendipity for dessert :)
http://jotan23.blogspot.com/2008/03/day-鈥?/a>
there's a book called Lonely Planet (NYC)
it is a really really helpful book for tourists like us because it includes walking tours, etc, and places to eat.
by the way, instead of waiting for hours in line to get to the statue of liberty, you may opt to have the NY waterway tour instead. This way, you will save enough time to tour other parts of the city :)
http://jotan23.blogspot.com/2008/03/tour鈥?/a>
there's also the famous BULL at the financial district :)
you should also try the yummiest Pizza Margherita at 'Lil Frankie in East Village ^,^
if you have more time, try walking the stretch of Brooklyn Bridge.
http://jotan23.blogspot.com/2008/03/trav鈥?/a>
this serves as an exercise too.. hihihi
also, do visit Saint Patricks's Cathedral at 5th avenue.
don't miss to go inside.
it's wonderful!!!
we also went to Top of the Rock instead of the Empire State Building to avoid the long line hihihi because we were afraid we won't have enough time to see other parts of NYC :)
for shopping, you may want to visit Century 21, just across the former WTC.
http://jotan23.blogspot.com/2008/03/livi鈥?/a>
you should have lunch/brunch at Cafe lalo!!! or at Sarabeth's :)
we chose Cafe Lalo hihihi because of the ambiance and because it's famous.
To relax, try having a picnic at Central Park.

we chose to eat at the top of one huge rock there to have e good view of the whole central park :)
then, we went to MET (entrance is by donation only, you don't have to give 20 USD)
if you're a techie like my friends, you may want to visit the MAC store. it is now a tourist spot because of its unique architecture :p

n New York City, where the upper class rules all, it is important that everyone try to share in wonderful life that is Manhattan. Here are a few places that young black professionals can go to experience some of the cuisinal benefits of being the Big Apple.
Chino's
173 3rd Avenue, New York, NY
Ever had roast pork sandwich on a grilled Mandarin bun? Well, then you are missing out on life! The pork is marinated in rice-wine, and it is roasted to a tender and moist texture. The pork is then covered with plum sauce. The Mandarin bun is nice and soft and is grilled to perfection. All this is topped with cilantro and kimchi for the perfect completion of an Asian delicacy.
Russian Tea Room
150 W. 57th Street, New York, NY
It's expensive, so come in a big group and enjoy the time. But once you get passed the fact that everything is marked up like a 21 year-old's sex count, you're in for a really good time. Obviously, if you go to the Russian Tea Room you need to try out one of the forty vodkas and cocktails. When it comes time to order food though, make sure you get some caviar, because it is some of the best in the city. Now it does get pricey. You could get the California Golden Osetra for $120 for 30 grams, or you could get the Iranian Special Reserve for $300 for 30 grams. But for you young black professionals on a budget, go for the Red Caviar from salmon and trout for only $25 per 30 grams. Trust me; you can't beat caviar and a drink at the Russian Tea Room with your friends. It's a hell of a time, and one you'll find yourself doing over and over again.

I'm actually going to have a week long vacation there with my boyfriend next week and had been researching it. I have been (really) studying the subway system. It will get you places so I'd suggest you do the same. Here are just the places off my head where we'd go:
- Statue of Liberty (of course, a must)
- Empire State Building
- Central Park
- Rockefeller Center
- Ground Zero WTC Site
- Grand Central Station
- Times Square
I think this probably covers the basics for NYC, and if you have more time then you might be able to visit other boroughs like Bronx, Queens, etc. I'd like to see Coney Island too. :)
As for food, food is cheap almost anywhere in the States so I don't think you'd have a problem with that. Enjoy NYC!
this guide will be helpful for insider tips..

There is simply too much to do to sum up here.
Museums - Guggenheim, MOMA, Natural History plan on 2 days
Sights - Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Brooklyn Bridge, St Patricks, 5th Ave- might be best to take the double decker bus tour to at least do a drive by.
Food- Tons...
Parks - Central Park, Bryant Park, Washington Sq
Also- check out deals on Subway passes, it may pay to get a monthly card so you can really get around...
Get a map and plan your trip in zones. its a big city, spend the time exploring and have fun...

here are some suggestions and tips from our personal experience:
we went to NY for a week.
we had a blast!!!
you should visit Serendipity for dessert :)
http://jotan23.blogspot.com/2008/03/day-鈥?/a>
there's a book called Lonely Planet (NYC)
it is a really really helpful book for tourists like us because it includes walking tours, etc, and places to eat.
by the way, instead of waiting for hours in line to get to the statue of liberty, you may opt to have the NY waterway tour instead.

Got any Tips, Advice, Lessons Lessoned that you wanna share with the World?
Beware of prescription drug abuse. I was blind sighted when I realized a drug the doctor had been giving me had made my life spin out of control. I did not realize I was an addict until I tried to stop and couldn't. My life has been hell ever since. My battle with addiction started in 2003 and I have yet to conquer it. I have good days and bad ones. I just wish I had been educated going into the experience. I wish my doctor had said this medication can become addictive. The only mention of addiction I finally found was small writing at the bottom of my patient information from the drug store. Who reads that when you are familiar with the medication?Got any Tips, Advice, Lessons Lessoned that you wanna share with the World?

Never say ';Sure, I'd love a little brother or sister!';.
and then there's the timeless classic:
';never eat yellow snow';
i rarely see snow at all, let alone eat it (what with all the global warming and all) so this doesn't really affect me. but for those of you in the snowy peaks of the himalayas, alaska or the artic circle, heed my warning.

Im not a Guy! I am from the Mediterranean like you and there is nothing better than the looks we have! Why do you think everyone holidays in the Mediterranean if not to get a tan and why are so many girls now dyeing their hair black? Go back to being a natural Greek. Nothing like Mediterranean girls look at all the beautiful girls in the world and they are mostly Greek or Italian. Jennifer Aniston is of Greek origin look her up and see her real name...Penelope Cruz is Spanish and look at her beauty so why do you want to join the rat race of bottled beauty?Greek beauty tips advice?

First time sex tips/advice?
me and my gf are making love for the first time but we are both not sure how to start, what things are important, tips and such? what potions are best? what acts during love making would be good for us first timers? we both want a kid or 2. I have a shot **** so what would be good a good position for that in hope to get her started in the porcess in the making of a baby?First time sex tips/advice?
If you are just having sex for the first time, please don't start with trying to have a baby! Make sure you're with the right person before you do that!
Use a condom.
Just enjoy the experience. You're both brand new at it so it's not like you're suddenly going to impress each other, so make it fun. Laugh when something doesn't work the way you thought it would. Just enjoy it.First time sex tips/advice?
well im assuming your not a teenager if your planning on a baby!
just make sure you have a place to yourself where you wont be interrupted
im not sure what positions are best for making a baby, but if its your first time maybe you should start with some simple ones anyway
also possibly lubricant would be an idea if neither of you have had sex before
good luck :)

HELP!Need to write a reflection on Shirly Jackson's ';The Lottery';. I'm beyond lost. Any tips or advice?
For english class, I have to write a reflection on ';The Lottery'; by Shirly Jackson.. How the story relates to something in everyday life. I dont know where to begin. does anyone have any ideas or tips? Thanks!HELP!Need to write a reflection on Shirly Jackson's ';The Lottery';. I'm beyond lost. Any tips or advice?
you should write about mob mentality, how people do things they know are wrong or that they disagree with just because everyone else does it. or something about following tradition despite moral or religious objection.HELP!Need to write a reflection on Shirly Jackson's ';The Lottery';. I'm beyond lost. Any tips or advice?
Gosh, one of the scariest books I ever read in my life! I would say that small-town neighbors and how they react to one another might be a good idea. Or a comparison of playing the lottery, which is so prevalent in these days as opposed to the story-line (could you imagine if you were actually going to be stoned to death if you won???).

I'm getting my braces in 1 hour' any advice, tips?
try not to be nervous and never breathe through ur nose breathe through ur mouth and it will not hurt for the first few hours but then it will hurt ur lips might not be used to the brackets so put some wax on them and if it really hurts u should take some pain releif medicine and ur lips might feel sore for 3 day ( i got mines on yesterday =] )I'm getting my braces in 1 hour' any advice, tips?
Not really. Braces aren't a big deal. Just keep them clean, and be sure to go back to the dentist as often as they ask you to to get the bands replaced. If you don't, they will ';rot'; and snap, leaving the wire moving all over the tooth uncomfortably. If that ever happens for any reason, you can temporarily replace it with thread. But hopefully it won't come to that.
And if you have any teeth which are REALLY out of alignment (I had a tooth which was extremely crooked and back in my mouth) discuss with them if it would be better to wait to put a wire on it. I had (and still have) a tooth by the side of my two front teeth that is pointing backward and the dentist said well, let's just put a lot of extra cement on it. The bracket popped off as we were driving home. Holy hell was that ever painful.
But unless one or more of your teeth is EXTREMELY out of alignment that should not even factor in. It's otherwise painless and even a bit fun to have braces. It gives your tongue a fun toy to play with. :D
Keep them brushed!I'm getting my braces in 1 hour' any advice, tips?
Eat soft food or liquids (soup, mushie veggies, well cooked meat) for the first few days.
Keep you teeth clean (avoid all forms of sugar!) and carry the christmas tree tool with you when you go out.
Use oral gel for cuts on the inside of your cheek.
I'm soon getting braces and Ive been told to chew sugar free gum right after I get the braces put on to avoid pain the next morning.
Hope this helps
take some advil before you go so you wont be in as much pain later. good luck
Yes -- enjoy the process, look forward to having nice straight teeth soon! And don't let anyone tease you about them!
brush your teeth every day, avoid soda and gum, chew on clear soft plastic if you need your oral fixation
Wear your retainer!!!!
Don't eat popcorn or chew gum.

Cheerleading Tryouts!..Advice tips and tricks!?
Is there any possible way or certain way you can jump to make you jump higher?..also i need help on the splits.any advice would be great or tips or tricks just please help!Cheerleading Tryouts!..Advice tips and tricks!?
http://cheerlikeumeanit.synthasite.com/Cheerleading Tryouts!..Advice tips and tricks!?
If you want to get a higher toe touch the best thing that you can do would be to stretch every day sit in splits while watching television for a few minutes at a time, especially your middle split for toe touches. Some stretches would be sitting with your legs in a V out as far as you can and lift one leg up, do ten pulses up and down 10 rolls with that leg (front and back) keeping it tight. Switch and do the other leg then do the same with both legs and repeat that about 10 times. This helps with strength and flexibility. Also the best thing that you can do is just work on your jumps with someone who is a cheerleader either in your yard or in front of a mirror. Make sure you point your toes and keep your arms straight in a T and keep your chest up. It is alot to remember, but if you practice hard enough you have awahile before tryouts, also work on tumbling if you can.
Good luck !
ive been in advance cheer since i was 5 cause i was in sparks/priemer there good cheer team! ohh and im 14 now! and still do it! but to make your jumps higher dont bend your back keep its straight and dont look down look forward! and roll out your hips like when you are doing a toe touch and your legs aree up in the air roll your hips back! its hard to explain! sorry! but stretch alot mostly your legs! ask your parents/brother/sister/friend! and some tricks you can do is what i did in comp. like a couple of years ago is round off toe touch or frontwalkover then u runn a little then to a roung off and do a toe touch right after it! if you want me to show you e-mail me and i can video tape it! my e-mail is amandasullivan51@yahoo.com i can also show you how to roll your hips for a toe touch just email me! thanks
-amanda!!!
practice some plyometrics to make your muscles stronger. your performance will get better. you can google some plyometrics exercises. also, for splits, stretch ALL of you leg muscles often, especially after a cardio workout

This weekend I'm doing a body detox any advice/tips?
I bought this yesterday
http://www.teavana.com/The-Teas/Popular-鈥?/a>
so I'm just going to drink tea and water
Does anyone else have any tips or advice for me?This weekend I'm doing a body detox any advice/tips?
Try to do a weekend project. I found that eating is as much out of habit as it is from hunger. If you have something to distract you from meal time, it will go easier.

When is the best time of the month to try to conceive?
My boyfriend and I are desperately trying to get pregnant. Am I most fertile just before or after my period?
Are there any vitamins etc that I should take that might help? When is the best time of the month to try to conceive?
Your best time is in between your periods. Start charting when your period starts and how long it lasts. You ovulate between one to two weeks after your period. That is obviously the best time as you need that egg in the right spot before it can be fertilized. You cannot get pregnant during your period as the thick lining that is created in your uterus (for implanting a fertilized egg) is dripping out and that is what your period is. If you don't have that, you don't have a place for the egg to lay and grow. Also, check your mucus. I know that sounds grosse but when your mucus is tacky or sticky, that is the best time.
I learned this from a family planning book and learned how to chart my cycles. I was doing it as a controception but just as I knew when NOT to have sex so I didn't get pregnant, it can work the opposite way if you DO want to get pregnant. Start charting. It is fun to chart together and he will know when you are ovulating also by looking at the chart. It is something you can do together. That doesn't seem very romantic but he will actually become more ';in tune'; with you and your body which can be very rewarding.
I would get married and plan the honeymoon around the best charted time and have a very erotic honeymoon. There is less hastle with raising children if you are married and the child deserves a couple as awesome as you two, knowing you will be together forever. When is the best time of the month to try to conceive?
I would encourage you to use ovulation test strips to help you to know when exactly you ovulate in your cycle. I use Answer brand, 20 test strips for $20. Women ovulate at all different times. Generally speaking, women vulate about fourteen days before they expect to get their period. But, like I just said, every woman is different so the ovulation test strips can help tell you for sure when you are ovulating.
The best time to have sex is leading up to your ovulation. That way the sperm is there waiting for the egg when it is released. Sperm can live somewhere around 2-3 days while an egg only lives for about 1 day. So, if you wait until you ovulate to have sex, you don't give the sperm much time to find the egg before it is too late.
I would start taking prenatal vitamins. They do NOT help you get pregnant, but it is good to have the nuttrients a growing fetus needs from the moment of conception.
Good luck and lots of baby dust!!!
the week your period finishes
ummmm 23rd
most women are diff but usually after your period and if you want it that bad (eeewwww) try it on ur period... works...
You are most fertile, when you ovulate, which would be the fourteen days after your period starts, so you could try that. When you DO get pregnant, folic acid is useful to take.
Good Luck - Sending Baby dust your way!
This is not compulsory to get concieved, adopt a girl child and take care that she should not feel inscure than a boy child.
Middle of the month when you are most fertile. But I think that being tense has a lot to do with putting off the happy day. You must relax and stop 'trying'. If you 'try' and it doesn't work first time - which it probably won't - you tense up each further time you 'try', wondering what's wrong. Then, if it doesn't happen again, you start getting desperate and worry that you can't have children and you tense up even more. You end up in a vicious circle and that doesn't make for happy relationships. R E L A X. Take all the advice, take your vitamins etc, don't use birth control and just go with the flow. Don't even think about having a baby. It'll happen. You've already been given a lot of good answers here so read them all again and enjoy.
you should start having sex approx 2 weeks after you period finishes. Your most fertile time is the middle of your cycle. If your really desperate to get pregnant buy a ovulation kit (not that expensive) and it will tell you when your ovulating so you will know when to have sex. I bought one and was pregnant the first month of trying. You could also monitor your discharge. It usually increases when your ovulating and becomes thin to help the sperm along and looks like egg whites. You should also start taking folate and iron vitamins. there is a good one called elevit which has all the extra stuff we need but definatley take folate tablets now. You can get them from any chemist. Good luck and i hope you get pregnant soon!!
Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating plus it keeps tracks of your periods. It will even email you ahead of time to alert you of your upcoming fertile/ovulation and period dates. It is a free and very helpful website.
the 14th 15th and 16th days after the first dy of your period are usualy the best days .you could buy a ovulation kit. you should be taking folic acid every day these will not help you get pregant but they will help you have a healthy baby .tell your boyfriend to wear loose boxers tight ones restrict his bodies balance also cut down on drink and smoking if you do.and any herbal pass times cut them out.try to relax and enjoy the love making i found they more i stressed the longer it took. best of luck and enjoy the practice.
Any month is always the best time to conceive a beautiful child. You and your boyfriend will most definitely make awesome parents. Be careful conceive your future son or daughter and good luck.
Whenever your honeymoon is.

I have a shot **** so what would be good a good position for that in hope to get her started in the porcess in the making of a baby?First time sex tips/advice?

this will help in the process for baby making time :)
you havent said how long you have been together, how old you both are, and if you are married or just starting out.
if this is your first time, take it slow - the more you pleasure her, the easier it will be to get your ';member'; in her - the wetter the better - and take it slowly - dont want to break you or her! missionary to start off (look it up on google if you have no idea what im saying!)
kissing and nipping the neck is a good feeling for women - it heightens their orgasms, and makes it more enjoyable - just dont suck too hard to give her a hickie! get her to rub her hands up and down your back gently (she may hold onto your thigh or your bum eventually), you may feel her hands freeze up or claw at you whens she very aroused.
try and time your ';explosion'; about 10-15 mins in - it will be hard for your first time, but it will get easier as you control it more. she will tense up when she comes, which you will feel on your ';member'; or she may be quite vocal and moan.
good luck to you both, and i hope the love making goes well :)
First time sex tips/advice?
Having sex for the first time and thinking or a baby, may be it will be good just to enjoy both of your lifes for a while and if you really want just to have kids then nothing wron in that, in that case putting a pillow or two under her lower body when she is laying on her back will be helpfull in gettting her pregnent early
Don't think of sex as a job.
Just have a romantic date inside the house and get in the mood.
Sex just comes naturally, if it involves real love.
Just be your self and it's gonna come out when it's time. Don't worryoreal

Any tips or advice on how to deal with..?
A man who has lied, strung me along been abusive mentally and physically! I have cut him off completely but it doesnt stop the pain and hurt and injustice of it all! let alone the abuse and manipulation! help please! Any tips or advice on how to deal with..?
Its because you think thats all you are worth, I have a friend in the same position as you and keeps going back for more abuse. She is starting to get stronger now and has not contacted him for 3 weeks since they split again.
You should do the same and get some backbone, there are nice men out there let yourself be loved.Any tips or advice on how to deal with..?
make friends and let it go
counselling - sorry to hear what you've been put through, i know it's hard but you must move on and leave the past in the past
What he has done too you was extremely wrong but its good that you have cut him off. All the pain and suffering he has put you through will live with you forever and you will never get over it so what you do is you learn and grow from it and become a stronger woman. Trust me it will take a while to start dating again and then be able to trust him but dont turn away every guy just because you have had a very bad experience with one..You now know what now to look for in a man and now know better to not put up with that type of b.s. With in time you will find a good man, they are out there.
What a twat. It's people like him that spoil it for the rest of us.
Try moving on, meeting someone else.

Volleyball tips/advice....?
volleyball tryout cumming up any advice? what should i work on? what do i need to know? really nervous i don't know anything about volleyballVolleyball tips/advice....?
I just had my first day of volleyball tryouts yesterday. What we did were sprints, and then lunges across the gym. We did some jogging and then some skipping (but you had to skip extra-high and swing your arms). We also worked on a couple of the basic skills without a net, although today we'll be working on the nets. They had a problem with the nets yesterday. We also worked on our stomach muscles, the stomach part is where everyone had the most trouble on so I would work on doing sit-ups and crunches.
I would suggest reading up on volleyball from some of the resolved questions in this section. I did that and I was in my opinion, well prepared for the first day.
I know that a lot of people tell you to listen to your coach. I recommend it. Yesterday we were doing a stretch and a lot of girls did something different because they were too tired. Don't do something different. If you're really tired do the stretch slowly. Do your best and show the coach that you have what it takes.
Additionally, if you know anybody on the team you may want to ask them for information. I knew a varsity player on the team and I was able to ask her for information on what to bring and what to expect. I found it helpful.
Hope that helps! Good luck!Volleyball tips/advice....?
Ok I'm in the middle of my volleyball tryouts. But we have 2 a days so in the morning we do a lot of conditioning and the second one we do volleyball stuff. If you don't know how to over hand serve i would definitely work on that. I don't know how old you are so i can't say if under hand would probably be ok or not.
The first day after the mile we did stations which were jump rope, push up, wall sits, blecher jumps, and running stairs for a mintue then 45 seconds and the 30. Then we did jump training. For the actual volleyball stuff we worked on ball control, sspiking setting, and sserving And each day we have done basically the same thing. I'm trying out for high school volleyball so depending your grade they might not be so intense.
My ccoach'slook for a player that no matter how tired they are the still push themselves and give 100% So if your coach has told you to do something listen and do it correctly no matter how tired you are. The harder you work the better you get. The better you get the more the coach notices. The more the coach notices the more chance you have to make the team.
I would read up on volleyball weather its on a website or rresoledquestions. And most importantly try to have fun!
Most coaches look for aggressive players and players with good serves. Keep running for the ball and call your ball too. Also saying mine or got it is good! Try your hardest and you will do fine.
Here is a website with tips and rules on how to play the game:

and here is a few others on how to pass perfectly and other thing you need to know:

I would bet that anyone who can pass well will make the team. In my eyes passing is the most important part of the game... a few pointers... Hmm Shrug your shoulders before you pass the ball (like the body language of saying ';I don't know';). Do not swing your arms. Use your body to direct the ball. Point the underside (not the bone side ) out (the left arm points out to the left and right side right) this helps keep a level platform (platform is the sopt on the arm above the wrist where the ball will hit.)
since you ar a beginner, the best advice i can give to you is listen to the coach and follow everything (s)he says. coaches look for players with heart, and ability/eagerness to learn and try new things. work as hard as you can, no matter how hard it is.
best wishes!

Any tips/advice for a great prom night?
It's my first prom... I'm going with my best guy friend who I also really like (he doesn't know that yet...)
Any tips?Any tips/advice for a great prom night?
be alone with him after prom would probably be the best thing. Maybe if you want to go to a party or something afterwards, but if you really like him and want something to happen get alone with him at the party and see what happens. If he's going to prom with you he probably feels the same about you. If you got alone you could talk about thingsAny tips/advice for a great prom night?
I felt that prom night is over done. basically it is just a dance and maybe a dinner. just go out and have fun, you don't need to do anymore than that. and maybe tell that best guy friend how you feel when you are out slow dancing.....oh yeah.....

Has anyone got any tips on travel advice to Thailand?
Hi,
Welcome to Thailand. Thailand is a land of smile and happy people. ^_^
Tips
1.) The weather is HOT and HUMID in Thailand. You should bring summer clothes. Short sleeves clothings. Although, I don't encourage to wear hot pants in Thailand. Thai men may stare at you. haha :)
2.) The food is HOT and SPICY. You should tell them to cook mind food. The famous Thai food are Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, curry and rice.
3.) When you shopping at outdoor markets, bargain your goods with the sellers, just like buying a car because they expect you to do so.
4.) Learn to speak some Thai language: Hi = Sawasdee ka, Thank you = Kub Khun Ka, Good Bye = La Kron ka, Where is the restroom = Hong num you tee nai ka.
5.) Carry bugs spray with you. Thailand is a jungle of SE Asia. We have many exotic bugs.
Hope, you have a great time in Thailand. Take careHas anyone got any tips on travel advice to Thailand?
What kind of traveling are you doing? Are you a backpacker or budget traveler? If so, I suggest taking the local buses and trains to get to your destination. It's cheap and not bad at all. I also suggest you visit Nong Khai in Northern Thailand and stay at Mut Mee's Guesthouse. It's the nicest and cosiest guesthouse I've ever been. There, you can rent a bike and see the town that way. Or take a day and cross the border to Laos and see the capital city Vientienne (might've spelled this wrong...sorry) and visit the Buddha park (which have different size statues of Buddha's). Another favorite place of mine to visit is Ayutthaya. I suggest you rent a bike there too because the mini-temples are quite magnificent and are pretty spread out. It was the best and safest solo trip I've ever taken as a woman :).Has anyone got any tips on travel advice to Thailand?
Always negotiate price in advance and don't be afraid to negotiate. For example a tuktuk will always overcharge you after the ride but if you start walking away after he give you a price the price will come down.
Don't let anyone take you where you don't want to go. Taxis and Tuk Tuks supplement there income by delivering you to dodgy gem, clothing (and for men sex shops). Its a come on and the merchandise is inferior(well maybe not the sex places but you get my drift). Much of this has been stopped but some of it still goes on.
Taxis are all metered and are suppose to use the meter. If a taxi starts negotiation on price your going to overpay and he is doing something illegal. Some of the taxis are mafia around the temples, don't let them con you. There's a number you can call and they fine the taxi driver I think its 1568 but its on all public transportation. Get the number of the taxi.
When you get a good taxi driver give him a little something extra for the effort. They have families and the taxi jobs are killing them so be kind.
There is nothing better than food stalls along Bangkok's streets. BBQ pork and meat balls on skewers, deep fried chicken, pancake, roti, fried noodle, noodle, Papaya Salad, and many more. The best places to find a good variety of food stalls include Vachira - Dusit (near St Gabriel College), Khao San Road, Chatuchak Market, Tong Lo, Suan Lum Night Bazaar, Soi Rang Nam, Siam Square, Pratunaam and Chinatown.
When you are in Bangkok, walk as much as you can. Do not do as most tourists and visitors who only move by taxi or tuk-tuk. Walking around Bangkok, you will find more interesting things than you have ever imagined. The hidden Bangkok is really not far from the tourist streets but there are no tourists there. Just a couple of blocks from the main roads, you will find rows of market stalls and restaurants with more authentic foods, people and goods than the tourist traps can offer.

Beauty tips advice please?
Hey,
I was just wondering if anybody could give me some advice? If you have a spray tan, and then get your eyebrow waxed the next day, will it take the tan off where the wax is? Also if you shave your legs does that take the tan off?
Thanks xxxBeauty tips advice please?
It shouldn't take off the tan, but you might have streaks from where you were not tanned because hair was in the way.oreal

Taking the road test tomorrow, any last minute tips, advice, or warnings? Thanks!?
Exercise today, so that you are tired, and get 8 hrs sleep. Get up early, and eat a balanced breakfast, not Instant Breakfast. Visualize the test, and then you shake the rater's hand when you pass.
Arrive early. Visualize success again.
Say hello confidently, get in and buckle up, adjust mirrors for you, and the seat. Take a deep breath, use turn signals, slow, complete stops, like you visualized!
Shake his hand when you pass! Your visualization is real!!!
Believe it, do it!!!Taking the road test tomorrow, any last minute tips, advice, or warnings? Thanks!?
Just relax and don't worry. If you've studied and practiced, you have nothing to be concerned about! Good luck!Taking the road test tomorrow, any last minute tips, advice, or warnings? Thanks!?
don't do it
Make sure to signal, use your mirrors, put on your seat belt and goodluck!
leave your loaded gun on the console. and keep singing DIE MOTHER F--KER DIE. over and over until the driving test is done! you'll pass.
p.s. don't forget to spill red cool-aid on your white shirt and jeans. and taco bell hot sauce works good on the carpets and back seat
Well, you want to make it as realistic of a test as you can, so show the examiner how easily you can drink coffee, put on make-up and talk on your cell phone all at the same time while you are steering with your knees... I'm sure he will be very impressed.
dont hit any cars, watch other people on the road , and remeber eveything you were taught and relax!!!!!!! it not that big of a deal if you mess up as long as you correct your mistake. good luck!
just be safe. practice.

hmmm if you have straight hair, try curling it a bit with a curling iron or STRAIGHTENER.i love curling my hair with a straightener. If you have curly hair, try straightening it.
Makeup: Get some black eyeliner and put some on the top eyelid where the lash line is and do the same for the bottom. then apply some mascara on both top and bottom lash line.then for your cheeks, get some blush that would belnd in with your cheeks but not too much, have it stand out and brush it against your cheek bone.Ok so i need some cute hair %26amp; makeup tips. advice?

what's your hair style right now? so that we dont have to repeat it when suggesting
(most times ppl dont use avatars that look like them, so not sure if it's your look or the look you like ya know)
and how do you wear your makeup now?
that way we dont have to give the suggestions that you are used to
best way to go is neutrals nowadays.. the more ur makeup looks like your not wearing any the better. so try neutral colors and lip gloss.
