I'm really trying to loose some weight and tone up for the summer and just to get me back to the size i used to be.
Right now, i'm 5'6'' and 135lbs.
I want to loose at much as i can.
Do you have any advice/tips?

i think a good start for you is to eat pickle and lucas alot, and get diareah(dont know if i spelled it right) well do just to loose some weight then once you loose some fat, start eating right, eat 5 small meals a day.
try to follow this, this tells you how much you should take in your body of each.
- anywhere from 11 to 13 calories per pound of body weight.
- approximately 1.5 grams of carbs per pounds of body weight.
- about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.
- fewer than .5 grams of fat per pound of body weight.
so for me now dat im weighting 142.
calories- 1704.
carbs- 213 grams
protein- 142 grams
fat- 71 grams
and do at least 15 min of cardio.. i do jump rope, days i dont work outWeight lose tips/advice?
well you need to balance your diet and eat less processed foods aka eat food that is natural, fruits fill you up give you water and they are healthy!purple fruit is proven to help lose weight also anything colorful! cut down on the butter and eat whole wheat bread also eat three meals! eat a regular meal the size is the size of a tv dinner also drink about three glasses of skim milk to help your bones and drinking juice everyday can be bad for your teeth...hot green tea also helps to lose weight weight watchers has helped people i know so you could also try that and while losing weight work out so you can tone your body

commit to a workout plan. stay focused. remain motivated. eat right: enough servings of fruit vegetables protein etc. try the multiple mini meals instead of 3 big ones plan. GOOD LUCK.

well...i bike ride every morning it helps a lot.
dont skip breakfast its the most important meal of the day.
sit ups help flatten your stomic!
thats the perfect size.....no girl should worry about her wait.....unless your like, ya know....HUGE.....but yeah just putting that out there...thats the size i would look for in a girl
Cut your freakin' head off! that way you'll lose 20 pounds of ugly unwanted fat!
