I wanna lose 20 pounds. Tips? Advice?

In the most healthiest way possible! I don't wanna gain it back, but i would like to lose at least 2 pounds per week. I'm willing to do home workout videos, running or whatever.. Can someone please help me with a plan to reach my quota and goals,.

Yay for super-realistic expectations! This is definitely possible. First, the diet. I'd recommend you read the caveman diet (basically, just stay away from grains, beans and potatoes, dairy, and fruit juices) and modify (at first) one of your meals per day, than work your way up to 2-2.5 meals on the caveman diet. The source has a lot more info than I can explain in this box.





Just by doing that you'll lose at least 2 pounds a week, probably more. Next, for further weightloss, I recommend you start drinking green tea at least 2-4 cups per day. You can buy your own, however the brand in the source is top notch.





Fitness wise, I'd just start jogging/walking 3-4x a week for at least 30 minutes.





Furthermore, if the weight is still being stubborn, I'd try a colon cleanse. A colon cleanse gets rid of a lot of the gunk that's been built up over years of bad eating. The one I linked to in the source is my favorite. It's a little expensive, but you don't need to do colon cleanses that often, so I think it's worth it.I wanna lose 20 pounds. Tips? Advice?
