Go to the gym, either do classes like legs, bums and tums or something similar to help to tone up. Also do lots of crunches, leg squats, weights (you won't need much if you're small, I'm only small too and I only lift 2kg weights for my arms! but its enough for me to get rid of the bingo wings!), Yes and running is also very good. Swimming is also good for toning the muscles.





Try to eat little and often as well. Have small meal portions (eat reg. 6 times a day) and to try and be healthy I'd suggest snacks such as breakfast/muesli bars, portion of dried fruit/unsalted nuts/ seeds, smoothie, fruit juices and fruit.Tips %26amp; Advice on getting muscular in 6 weeks or less!!!??

for as long as you can


eat six small meals a day


avoid sugars


make sure you eat a lot of protein


eat a lot of chicken or fish


lift weights at the gym
