Personally, when we go everybody always tries filling their bowl up as much as they can! lol I find it works best to put your noodles in first then stack your meat around the bowl...you can even sometimes fill your bowl more because of this!
Some of my favorites are the garlic oils! and Kahn sauce* I also always add motzerella, bean sprouts, and crab! YUMMYMongo's grill...any fun/interesting tips or advice? what are some of your favorite things there?
