I am starting a new school tommorow (im a freshman in high school) and im so nervous....HELP any advice, tips.

well, I'm a freshman too and I started this new school of mine in September, and believe me I loved this school and its teachers, the 1st semester is going to end soon and it feels like I'm already a member of this school... so


be confident and walk to your class, if you dunno the way ask any teacher, avoid asking the students -_- some are mean, so if you went to your class peacefully talk to anyone that has a friendly look, or if you know someone try talking to them and everything will be fine....... you'll get used to this school!

well if they ask you to stand up all i say is na i think ill pass....... then they will respect that and lets see lunch is really nerve wrecking so what i did was in the begining of the day i got to know some people and asked if they had my lunch and asked if it was alright if i sit with them

You need to join lots of extra activities!! I tryed out for high school soccer and it started in the summer...that was my first high school experince. I also joined high school band and it started in the summer too. When the first day of school came i knew a lot of people and it was a piece of cake.

hey i'm a freshmen. i started school in August. i so nervous that i didn't want to go to school on the first day of school. trust me, it is very different from junior high! and alot bigger. it was weird at first becuase in some of your classes you may have a mixture of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors. i ran for treasurer just for kicks, and i was elcted. now i take it more seriously becuase i am treasurer. i say get involved.
The more you do it the easier it is. Some people never get over it but I didn't get over my shyness until college. If you are a good actor, act confident and keep it short. Most of the time the teachers just have you stay seated and speak.
