Help with Kissing tips (need advice from girls)?

Ive been dating this girl for about a week now, and i've made out with her once or twice. We get along great and she's not shy in kissing me or anything, but our first open mouth kiss felt a little awkward. anything i can do to make it better for next time?Help with Kissing tips (need advice from girls)?
Nobody wants to hear they may not be ready for something they have already done.

If it was awkward that is all in the moment. It is all where your head is at. You could have gone through the exact mechanical motions with one exception and it would not have been awkward. That exception is being into it. If you are into it the other person will fall into place. Even if they are distracted or nervous if one of the two is into it (enjoying and not analyzing the moment) the other person will catch up or think good of it, regardless.

It sounds like you felt awkward not the other person. You can easily erase that awkward memory with the nest moment of enjoyment.Help with Kissing tips (need advice from girls)?
Oh, she gave you the open mouth kiss? Oh, that is a clear signal! It means that next time she wants you to give her lots and lots of tongue, make sure it is drenched in saliva. It sounds gross, but saliva is a natural aphrodisiac. Why do you think it feels so good when we kiss? Anyway, another tip is she probably wants you to try the Hoover technique, which is a series of loud, sucking actions performed by the male during kissing. Basically, just suck as powerfully as you possibly can. Remember, you are trying to take her breath away! :) Good luck and happy snogging!
Hi there if you want a smashing girl I am of the opinion the greatest method to get involved is online at this resource http://saleracn.purposetopour.com I have been a member for 4 weeks to date and already I have a pretty girlfriend. It is free and you don't need a credit card, why not give it a go?
when you kiss her, be confident! dont hesitate, just do what feals right! but you two may not be ready for open-mouth kissing yet :) if you arnt comfortable with it yet, then dont do it! and dont feel like you have to either... :D hope this helps you
well is it her or you? maybe shes nervous ...just get comfortable with the situation then id go for it. :D

just let it happens and try not to think about it too much.
well what do u mean by awkward? u need to go into details with ur question

Whats ur advice and tips for me to be a good mother?

i had bad time growing up and i hated my parents and i still have a hard felings for them and will never get over it but now im going to be a mom for my first and only baby boy and i want him the be happy and normal and have everything i never ha in life but i dont think its enoght what else i can do to make sure im doing the right thingsWhats ur advice and tips for me to be a good mother?
I have a 2 1/2 year old son (only child)... since he was born I made sure to give him a lot of hugs, kisses, etc and I tell him I love him all the time. Probably the best thing I have learned so far is to stay calm when he is acting up. I get down on his level and speak to him calmly and it always works. If I ever start to raise my voice he always gets more upset. All of my friends and family tell me he is a very loving child, so just try to parent with love and he will give it back to you. :) Good luck!Whats ur advice and tips for me to be a good mother?
Just love him unconditionally, always be there with a hug or an ear. Help him to grow up to be the most productive citizen he can. The biggest thing I can stress is LOVE. I have had a hard time with my parents all of my life and baby number 4 is due in June for me. I am currently raising them by myself and it is hard. There are days when I doubt myself as a parent, but my kids know without a doubt how much I love them.
This is a very hard question to answer, but because you asked it shows that you are concerned enough to be a great mom. Hold him when he cries, discipline when he is naughty, love him and tell him that you love him, make sure that he laughs at least twice a day, and alway ask yourself if you are doing your best and if the answer is yes then you are all good. Joining a mom's group can also help. Good luck and wishes for all the best.
I dont think there is a way to do things ';right';, but when he comes into your life you will know what is right for you and your son.

I let them know I love them everychance I get, I let them know they can come to me with anything and everything and I try to teach them respect for themselves and others.

Dont worry you will be fine....
I had a bad child hood with my father... I also still have hard feelings for him and DID NOT want children. Not because i didn't like them and want to care for them, but because I was afraid I would treat the child how my father treated me.( Everything about me is like him, so I was worried). My son is now 4, he's got his attitude and behavior problems, but like a lot of people will tell you. It will be hard and frusterating at times, but what I did, was everything the opposite of what my father did, he was too strict and abusive and my mother was too passive. I have to be in the middle. You have to be stern but with love. You just follow your instincts and your heart and love your boy with everything you have. When they get older they will try to control situations, you can't let him do that, well if you wanna deal with that his whole life you can! haha. When I have to put my son in time out or give him a spanking, or a lecture..(None of which work on him) he gets angry at me and says he doesn't like me anymore. I reply to him.'; Well I love you!'; and smile at him... He calms down and a little while later i'll go get him out of time put and he'll tell me he's sorry and that he loves me!
just be there for him. material things are not the key. but love and respect and honesty and mothering is good. you can be his friend and his mother all in one. but make sure you are his friend/ mother on the right occasions. good luck. i wish you well.
Love, understanding, and patience.
Love them with all your heart. children need (not want, need) affection. since you think that your parents did a bad job with you

write down all the things that you think they did wrong. whenever you get into a fight with them read it and try to think of all the possible ways to fix things, even if the problem is the child's fault. then choose the one that is best and use it. Make sure they always know that you love them with all their heart.
i will just say to you be yourself and love him and just do what you think is best and liste to your heart good luck

I need some tips and advice?

Hey guys,

So a friend of a friend and I have been texting lately, and we really hit it off, and i think we are both interested. So he wants to hang out sometime soon. And I'm okay with that, its not like I've never met him before, but I don't know how to take our texting relationship, to a face-to-face one you know? I'm a little nervous, and afraid it will be weird. Any tips?

And then after you get to know him then maybe you can start dating or watevs.I need some tips and advice?

You are doing exactly what you should be doing. This is a visual and audio record of where you are right now. You should isolate the strings a little more. Your chord changes are pretty smooth, but sometimes you get some excess string noise from the strings you are muting. You might try an accompaniment program like Band in a Box, to jam with. Pick out a rhythm, punch in the chords, and you have something to play along with. This makes it easier to experiment with using less strings all at once, since you have the background sound to reinforce the overall sound.

If your computer has trouble with BB, try VanBaso's midi player. You can't change anything, but you can pull midi files off the website using their search feature. You can speed up and slow down the tempo, turn the volume up and down and even change the speed.

Anyway, enjoyed hearing you play, keep up the good work and keep recording yourself.Advice/tips/opinions?
It seems monotonous .. the same beat and not as softly as it should be with such a great musical instrument.

My advice to you: Infuse more passion in the strings. Love your guitar .. handle it with tenderness and touch it with sensitive fingers that feel they are the live link between your spirit and its strings.

    Good luck

Happy Easter! Advice and tips for tomorrow please?

Happy Easter!! Well tomorrow morning my husband and I are going to church. After that I want to do something special and fun...My husband has never celebrated Easter..he's a new believer. We don't live by any family cause he's in the military and we moved far from them...but I'd like to do something special with him that's not to expensive at home after church..I want him to really remember this Easter. Since next year he will be in Afganistan during Easter I want this one to be special! Advice please?Happy Easter! Advice and tips for tomorrow please?
You'll need plastic eggs but...write a ';coupon'; inside each egg and hide it around the house. Then as he finds them, he can get little prizes from you.

My husband proposed to me by hiding an engagement ring inside a plastic egg. Then the sadistic guy duct-taped it under his sofa so I had a HARD time finding it. But I'll never forget it! :)Happy Easter! Advice and tips for tomorrow please?
Happy Jewish Zombie Day! I suggest you go around stealing cadbury eggs from little children to celebrate. Its what I'll be doing!

    I need tips and advice?

I feel like my face is so fat. I am not an overweight guy but just a little fat in the face. I weigh 140 and I am 5' 10';. I have a large jaw and cheeks so the little bit of fat makes my face look huge! Also I dont have a fat chest but just a large one that sticks out father than my abs. What can I do to slim these two areas down? Thanks.I need tips and advice?
I also had a problem with my face being too big, I don't know what exactly how, but coincidentally, I began losing the fat in my face when I started jogging on a daily basis for about 4 miles, and I gained a little muscle mass on my chess by doing push-ups.

I know it sounds simple but it's really the obligation that makes it a really complicated goal.

if you can do at least 25 push-ups everyday and go for 2 miles on a jog, you might see results within two weeks.

it's probably good to be on a diet, nothin serious. just eat more green.

and I heard chewing gum can give a little exercise to the jaw muscles (I wouldn't take it seriously).

hope this helpsI need tips and advice?
    just run hella!

your face will get lose fat too.
Focus on exercises that work out those parts... fitness not diet.
I'm sorry to tell you but there really isn't anything you can do. You obviously would like to tone those areas but you're already almost too thin for 5'10'; and there are no facial exercises that would change anything. Plus, I think you probably look a little gaunt so that accentuates your features and makes them more noticeable. You might be turning that into you're fat there but you're most likely not.

So relax and eat healthy You can run to tone but I really think you're imagining most of it. Sorry

It looks like a good offense.

Sexton a-lot of homers but a very bad avg. Probably could pick up a guy off the wavier wires that puts up a better avg but a little less on homers(a more well rounded player could be used)

Starting Pitching looks good but you wont lead in ERA or K's but will be middle of the pack or just above.

On to Relief Pitchers Where you Really Lack!!!

Armando Benitez when healthy can be good(but remember the key words here ';WHEN HEALTHY';) keep a eye on him

Mike Gonzalez is not a closer(Bob Wickman is the Closer)

Im assuming you ment Scot-Shields LAA Rp If so he is not a closer as well (K-Rod is the Closer for the Angels)

Check the waviers and see if a guy like Jose Valerde(dont know is spelling is right) Rp for Arizona is available he's there closer everyone seems to over look cause of his era.

If not id say make a trade to get a closer

Its a good starting point with a little work to do but not a bad team.Rate my fantasy baseball team. any pointers, tips, advice?
Very solid team that is well balanced. Nice work on depth at 3rd base. Rolen is coming off an injury and Chip is hurt all of the time. Mike Gonzalez should eventually take closing duties from Wickman. The guy didn't blow a single save last year. Barry Zito is a big name but he will probably be playing for a last place team so try to make a trade for another pitcher that gets more run support and pitches for a winning team.
looks like a well drafted team.....you could possible grab one more starting pitcher like a clay hensley or wainwright and you will be all set
    1 B : Albert Pujols

    SS: David Eckstein
nice team upgrade your starting pitchers my fantasy draft is tomorrow morning cant wait but anyway its a great team

UK buyer thinking of buying a property in the usa. Tips and advice needed please.?

I need a list of checks, insurance, documents just basically anything i need to know or do. any info would be good thanksUK buyer thinking of buying a property in the usa. Tips and advice needed please.?
it basically depends on where you want to buy the property. Are you going to reside in the usa or buy a vacation home here. If buying a vacation home here will you be working here as well? If not you will have to find a job along with bringing your visa. First you will have to find a property, sign a contract with the seller of the property, next apply for the loan with my company, furnish all necessary documentation to approve the loan, loan gets approved, obtain homeowners insurance(there is a multiple list of providers), and that is it you become a home owner in the united state. I had a client just refi a house here in florida from the uk and their deal went through smoothly. please look at the website below

  • Transgendered Q...Any advice/tips for going fulltime?

About half of the clothes I wear are actually women's, although they're subtle and most people don't notice. (Jeans, socks, underwear.) I'm hoping to go full time in January as female. Any advice or tips for what to expect or what ot keep in mind?Transgendered Q...Any advice/tips for going fulltime?
Throwing my two cents in from seeing one of my friends stumble over her full time transition:

Don't go backwards. Some days she would show up to the college dressed to the full extent of womanhood, then the next she would be a scruffy plaid shirt wearing mess. Nothing wrong with a scruffy plaid shirt on a lady, but her entire demeanor screamed ';I submit to the pressure';. Don't show defeat, it will only make it about a thousand times harder on you.

Don't go overboard. Not every woman wears skirts, fancy shirts, and extensive make up every single day. Dress like the other women in your environment, but keep your style your own.... (does that make sense?).

Keep you chin up, every day is an achievement. You are being more true to yourself than many people ever dream of being.

In the event of harassment, report it to the proper people. Don't let people poison your workspace with hatred. You don't deserve that.

Best wishes for you in the new year!Transgendered Q...Any advice/tips for going fulltime?
Are you a transsexual or are you just crossdressing?

It is almost impossible to be 100% stealth

There is always someone who will out you at one point in your life do not let it bother you, be sure to do your make up nicely also remember that your Adams apple is a dead give away, so try to hide it as much as possible.
    Yay~! *Hugs* n_n I'm FtM transsexual, But I've been wearing all guys clothes for almos' 3 years now. One thing I was surprised of, was that even though others still perceived me as a girl, I didn't feel odd not to have breasts, since I bound, I was flat chested. Like I thought I would feel weird because people would see me as ';a girl with no breasts'; but I actually felt more comfortable. Dressing male it's given me so much confidence. I dunno if I can give you any good advice... Other than it feels good to be yourself :-}

also im have a slight (huge) fear of speaking in front of allot of people. what should i do if they want me to stand up in front of the class and ';tell the class a little bit about my self'; HELPI am starting a new school tommorow (im a freshman in high school) and im so nervous....HELP any advice, tips.
well, I'm a freshman too and I started this new school of mine in September, and believe me I loved this school and its teachers, the 1st semester is going to end soon and it feels like I'm already a member of this school... so

be confident and walk to your class, if you dunno the way ask any teacher, avoid asking the students -_- some are mean, so if you went to your class peacefully talk to anyone that has a friendly look, or if you know someone try talking to them and everything will be fine....... you'll get used to this school!

if you're too shy to talk about yourself then don't say much....I am starting a new school tommorow (im a freshman in high school) and im so nervous....HELP any advice, tips.
lol trust me it will be fine i just started to and im a junior at a new school

well if they ask you to stand up all i say is na i think ill pass....... then they will respect that and lets see lunch is really nerve wrecking so what i did was in the begining of the day i got to know some people and asked if they had my lunch and asked if it was alright if i sit with them

its as easy as that trust me youll be fine
You need to join lots of extra activities!! I tryed out for high school soccer and it started in the summer...that was my first high school experince. I also joined high school band and it started in the summer too. When the first day of school came i knew a lot of people and it was a piece of cake.
Hello umm you answerd my question about the blue streaks i wanted to see a pic of yours because i have side bangs so i wanted to see how it looks if there blue
hey i'm a freshmen. i started school in August. i so nervous that i didn't want to go to school on the first day of school. trust me, it is very different from junior high! and alot bigger. it was weird at first becuase in some of your classes you may have a mixture of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors. i ran for treasurer just for kicks, and i was elcted. now i take it more seriously becuase i am treasurer. i say get involved.
The more you do it the easier it is. Some people never get over it but I didn't get over my shyness until college. If you are a good actor, act confident and keep it short. Most of the time the teachers just have you stay seated and speak.

sorry but you are to young to work anywhereTrying to get my first job...need some advice and tips?
Yes, you should circle all three. When you speak to the manager, tell him what you are most interested in. I suppose you don't have experience in the restaurant industry. Do tell you boss the truth that you have no experience, but a quick learner. Specialized training/course work- you could say you are good at customer service, taking care of people...etc..etc. When you drop off the application ask to speak to the manager. Give it to him and see what he says. Good luck, hope you get the job!

Having a Yard Sale: any Tips or Advice?

I'm thinking of having a yard sale and I have a lot of odds and ends to sell. I am wondering if I should wait until I have more stuff, or should I go ahead and have one now before it accumulates... I am afraid if I get too much junk, I won't be able to get rid of everything. Does anyone have any yard saling tips or advice in order to get the most $ for your junk?Having a Yard Sale: any Tips or Advice?
Do it now! Make bright, clear signs without much wording, and include directional arrows.

Be organized! No one likes to dig through mounds of clothes to find something. Sort clothes by size, and hang them up if possible, so they're easier to see and they won't get toppled.

Have separate tables for like items -- one for dishes, one for appliances, one for baby stuff... whatever. Just make sure everything is clean and sorted by type.

Then price everything clearly. And cheap, but don't under price things, either. You can get a good idea by going to sales in your area. It's okay to put a sign ';Jeans -- .50, Shirts .25'; or whatever, but make sure it's clear how much everything costs.

You might put up a sign that says ';Prices Negotiable'; so that people will make offers on things they think are priced too high, or a ';Make Offer'; sign on things you just aren't sure about. I once had a van to sell, had no idea how much to ask for it, and did sort of a silent auction thing. Accepted written offers with phone numbers, and by the end of the sale, I sold it to the highest bidder and received about $200 more than I ever expected.

Good luck and have fun! Having a Yard Sale: any Tips or Advice?
    don't price to high

make sure you have a price on everything

make up alot of signs and advertise the day and time

have lots of space and tables to put stuff out neatly so people can see everything.

wash stuff before putting it out

Start earlyy in the morning and sell coffee and muffins

be orginized, like have cloths on one table with boys and girls in one area snd in another area have books and such.Books sell great by the way!

I buy tubs with tops on them and what I don't sell I store for my next yard sale.
If your main objective is to get rid of things you no longer want just keep in mind that you are trying to get people to pay you to take your junk! In other words, price things so that people can't resist buying it. Don't look at everything based on what you paid for it.

My boys (ages 6 and 8) are starting flag football soon. Any other football mom's have advice and /or tips?

(What to bring to games... How to keep the kids excited about playing... ANYTHING)My boys (ages 6 and 8) are starting flag football soon. Any other football mom's have advice and /or tips?
Don't take anything to the game.

Don't acknowledge them unless they do you and even then say as little as possible until you get in the car after the game.

Don't let them hear you yell or cheer.

Don't call them sweetie. My boys (ages 6 and 8) are starting flag football soon. Any other football mom's have advice and /or tips?
Well I'm not a football mom , but I am a football dad and flag football coach.

Bring water or gatorade, band-aids ( u never know), a mouth guard and cleats. If you have a ball bring that too. Some kids show up early and if they're there early they might as well get some early practice.

Remember to tell them no matter what if they try their hardest they're winners no matter what the final score is and tell them that your proud of them.

Trying out for volleyball tomorrow. Any tips/Advice?

Ok when the ball is heading your way... Just put your arms out and do not follow through.. just let it hit your arms and you'll get the idea of not going nutts over the ball... Also.... move around... jump up before the server hits the ball 3 times to get the tension out... It works on me ^_^ . Never catch the ball. You can hit it with your feet if you want, just don't catch it.Trying out for volleyball tomorrow. Any tips/Advice?
    Relax and breathe. Have fun.

Call every ball LOUDLY. Even in drills. Most people call the ball on the court during scrimmages. Fewer call them during drills. Even when you are warming up doing a pepper drill.

Hustle on every play. Even when it is not done by your team mates. (For example, every team does a hitting line. Most people only hustle while they are hitting the ball. Run to get your ball after you hit it and run to get back at the end of the line. It shows that you hustle AND you get more reps in the drill than anyone else.)

Never say anything negative. Any time during the clinic. If you have negative things you want to say, wait until you get home. Coaches do not like complainers. If it is a choice between a postivie attitude player and a negative attitude player, the coach will take the positive attitude player every time.

LISTEN to the coaches. Talk only when asked a question or when you are asking a question. If the coach corrects something that you are doing, your answer is ';thank you, I will work on that'; and mean it.

Cheer on your team mates. Great dig, great hit, nice touch should be heard from you. And again, like you mean it.

If you do these things and you are borderline with your skills, you will make the team because of your hustle and attitude.

Have fun and good luck.Trying out for volleyball tomorrow. Any tips/Advice?
    1. Call the ball

    2. Cheer

    3. Show off your skills (overhand serve, spike, backset)

    4. Focus on every move (they all count!)

    5. Wear the right clothes. Spandex, V-ball tee and hair up is a good look for volleyball)

    6. Look coachable. If they tell you something, do it!

    7. Smile!
    -Try your hardest

-Call the ball, like if your about to make contact to that ball at all you should say mine, got it, i go anything to let ppl know that it's your ball and you got it. Coaches like that

-Hustle every where, to get water, to get a ball you shanked, every where you go make sure to hustle

    - Don't ever complain EVER.

    - Be encouraging, if someone does good clap and say good job, if someone does bad be all it's okay you'll do better next time. Be loud and uplifting.

    Good luck!!
    Number One rule: ENJOY YOURSELF!!!

I went one year and didn't make it, and the next year I went and made it. The difference was that I didn't get mad at myself for mistakes, because everyone made at least one mistake, and I had more fun. Try and get them to notice you. Be cheery and support others, because they like people who will support their team and be a leader. Have fun and don't get too nervous. Show them your best skills. Don't hold back, show them everything you've got.
    do your best
Don't complain when the inside of your arms get red and use your knees, not your arms.
eat lots of bananas and have fun during tryout so you won't cramp up. Don't go in there with a lot of pressure, that will just mess with your head.
try your best... what really helped me was when you get to the part where they have you demonstrate your serving abilities... go for the overhead serve( the one where you toss the ball over you head and then hit it compared to hitting the ball from underneath) .... even if you dont get it right away it will show them that you know what you are doing and that you are willing to try you hardest to do it.... GOOD LUCK!!!! i will keep my fingers crossed for you
    Well....

Be yourself. As much as it may seem like you have to be someone else to get on his/her's good side, don't. Be yourself. You'll seem weird if you act like someone else.

Play your game. Don't try to concentrate and fret about how you play. You'll get nervous and tense up. Just play how you normally do.

And last, make a good impression on the coach. (while being yourself) Be a good teamate. Coaches like good sportsmanship. Help her out. BE FRIENDLY. It may seem like they don't notice this kind of stuff but they do.

Sorry if that was too cliche. Hope it helped! Good luck!!!
just go out there and have fun and do ur best and make sure u call the ball so u don't get hit by some one else

    Good Luck!
    try your best

start of by taking a music theory

they should be all available at your schoolI want to be a music producer any tips on how can i get started or advice?
You can always go to school for it plus you can teach yourself through computer programs. I know a lot of underground artist that produce their own music they didn't even go to college for it. They learned through programs like Cake Walk (which is cheap) and Acid Pro (it's not cheap) they have instructions and will teach you. Plus, the best education you can have learning how to become a music producer is to get intouch with underground artist and you can and will learn a lot from them on how music is made. you'll probably learn more then you would in any school.
Download FL Studios. Work and work.

Any tips or advice on baby-stuff brands?

Hello! I'm 6 months pregnant with my first and so excited and was wondering if any of you moms/dads have certain products that you just love/hate and wouldn't mind sharing your advice! Anything from nursing pillows/pumps to baby baths to moniters, thermometers, diaper genies and baby einstein! It's all appreciated! Thank you! :)Any tips or advice on baby-stuff brands?
My Brest Friend ~ awesome nursing pillow! Better than Boppy because it has a strap that goes around your waist to keep it in place. The shape of it is better too, it's not as rounded. It's great if you have to get up and move around while feeding because it stays with you.

Diaper Genie ~ It's a great concept and it does work, but man, when you have to empty that thing wear a mask!

Many people don't care for them but I love my wipe warmer. It's the Munchkin brand from Target. It doesn't dry out or discolor the wipes.

I really like my Fisher Price Lights and Sounds monitor. However, it comes with two receivers and one of them stopped working a few weeks after we started using it. A friend has the same problem.

Avoid the Evenflo Comfort SelectElectric Breast Pump. I had to return this 3 times. The valve keeps sticking and you lose the precious milk you just pumped!

Diapers ~ I've tried all the ';discount'; and store brands and don't like any of them. Huggies were ok for my oldest when he was an infant, but as a toddler we've had better luck with Pampers.

As far as entertainment my son enjoys the Bumbo seat, exersaucer, playmat/gym and bouncy seat. Both my boys really enjoyed items with lights, sound and toys attached. My youngest also likes little noise makers that he can grab on to, hold and chew on (rattles, teethers and such). Oh yeah, my oldest was a big fan of his swing. Keep in mind all of these items sound great and worked great for me but every child is different.

Diaper Rash Ointment ~ love the Aquaphor by Eucerin. It's a good multi-purpose ointment. Works great on diaper rash, other misc. rashes and excema too.

I'm sure I can think of more...

    Good luck and congratulations!

***EDIT*** 脺ber Poppins, you could live in a cave without electricity and running water too but I bet you don't... some people enjoy modern conveniences and it doesn't make them bad parents.Any tips or advice on baby-stuff brands?
I have to say that anything in the munchkin brand line is the awesome! They don't have a product that I don't like so far.

I did the diaper champ over the diaper genie so I could use my own bags. The diaper genie you have to buy the bags that go with them.

I prefer huggie supreme diapers. I tried others but they never fit him right and they leaked.

I absolutly LOVE the disposable huggie washcloths. They are the best especially before their belly buttons heal during those first few weeks and you can't submerge them in water.

I have also found that the only baby nail files I like are the first years brand.

I hope this helps and congratulations!!
My kids are teenagers now, and I enjoy them more and more as they get older! Our baby monitors (audio only) were great for peace of mind. We bought whatever disposable diapers had the coupon in the paper that week, and were definitely not brand-loyal. Never a diaper rash. We certainly didn't ';gift-wrap'; the used diapers, although the Diaper Genie was a brand-new item. This is a strange concept to me. Take out the trash! (We took the poopy diapers out right after changing, and then emptied the diaper pail of the wet ones a few times a week.) I had an awesome Medela manual pump for my first son, liked it much better than the electric Evenflo one we got for the second boy. A regular pillow sufficed nicely for feeding and pumping. Our hospital provided all new parents with a basic baby carseat, which was much easier to clean and transport than the fancier ones. We did ';splurge'; to get a bigger toddler seat for each car once it was needed, so we didn't have to switch back and forth and be sure to buckle it in correctly.

By the time the second one was born, we had reduced the entire diaper bag thing to a spare diaper in the back jeans pocket.

Try to keep it simple, enjoy, take lots of pictures, and save your money for iPods, cars, college. . .
I absolutely love Johnson and Johnson bedtime bath and lotion. It smells so good! Target also makes their brand of it and it's a bit cheaper, smells just as good. Huggies diapers are working very well for us. We tried different ';off'; brands such as Parents Choice and Walgreens but they all leaked! I suggest investing in a Boppy pillow as well. They help with nursing but are great support for your newborn too. My little guy loves laying down with the pillow around him. And we use a diaper genie(the twist away kind) and I love it. It controls the odor in his room great.

Another thing you'll want to get is a swing. We're borrowing our friends and it's one of the Fisher Price cradle swings(I think it's called Nature's Touch...). Oh, and Fisher Price makes a glider as well, it's wonderful!! We picked up ours at Once Upon a Child for $40 instead of paying around $80 for a brand new one. Good luck!

EDIT: Uber, while those things may work for you it may not work for all. She was simply asking for ideas. Not all parents want their baby sleeping with them, not all parents choose to breast feed, and not all parents bathe with their babies and carry them around constantly. I bond with my baby boy just fine and he sleeps in his own bassinet, has a bath tub of his own, and has a stroller. He's still just as happy.
i think that i will always love Huggies Wipes. to me they are the strongest, and i like the scents too. my girls are 3 and 4 but i still buy them. for diapers i always went for the Huggies Supreme. another is Gerber, for some reason i trust it more than any other brand. and of course the Johnson's Bath products are great too. they have a great diaper rash cream, not to mention the head to toe wash. i suggest you try out a few of the products, like the soaps and the creams, just so you can see what they feel like. one last product that i like too is Dreft it is a laundry detergent for babies. it makes the clothes super soft and smells great. start buying now for later.
    -Graco snugride carseat is awesome

    -boppy pillow for feeding

    -NUK pacis

-Target brand wipes are good and so are Pampers sensitive

-Pampers swaddlers are great for newborns and cruisers or baby dry are great for size 3 and up

-Anything Carters is great, especially their wash cloths

    -Medela pumps are the best

-Lanisnoh lanolin for nipple soreness those first few weeks
    Hi New Mom,

First of all, congrats on the baby! The first pregnancy is so exciting. Don't let the world of baby products overwhelm you. It's pretty easy to navigate with a little bit of help.

Here's my Top Five List of Baby Products (for new moms).

    1. - California Baby or Little Twig - baby lotions, baby wash, diaper cream, all healthcare items that you will use a lot - I'm not a green mom (lime, maybe), but I do worry about the toxins being found in the baby soaps and lotions we used when we were kids. I switched to these organic brands because they are free of chemicals and they work great, especially the organic diaper creams. They smell fresh and clean too.

    2. - Mom's Brest Friend - nursing pillow - Yes, that's the real name of this pillow! It's better than some of the others because it wraps around your body better and the shape fits the baby well. This pillow will allow you to relax while you nurse and you won't walk around with a stiff neck or aching back because it has a built-in back support. The deluxe pillow even has a little pocket for a water bottle or TV remote. (Just being realistic.)

    3. Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Bottles - These are the best bottles on the market today for babies who have acid reflux or tummy issues, which is usually every baby. The bottle has a special insert that keeps the air out of your baby's tummy - less gas pain. And that means more sleep for everyone.

Green option - WeeGo glass bottle by babylife. They have cool grippy protective sleeves (that come in some great colors) so you don't have to worry about breaking one. BPA-free, toxin-free. A safe option.

    4. Britax Car Seats - I know cost is an issue but these are some of the safest car seats available. I like to save money just like everyone else, but we didn't skimp when it came to car seats for our boys. Britax have comfort foam, EPS protective foam, they conform to all safety regs, etc. When your baby gets bigger, the Britax Roundabout come in some cool fabrics like Puma and Cowmooflage. Fun!!! And safe...

    5. Quinny Buzz Stroller - Okay, again with the cost. This is the coolest stroller you will ever find. If you aren't an avid runner and don't need a jogger, buy this stroller and it will be the only one you need. All moms know that no matter what, you end up with 3 strollers. One for shopping, one for exercise, one for quick trips, etc. Not anymore!

You can use the Quinny Buzz from birth up to 40 pounds (like 4 years old). The seat is so soft and squishy, it's like a little nest for your baby. The stroller seat pops out and you can pop the infant seat in EASILY. The handle is adjustable so when your husband pushes it, he can raise it to his height. The stroller seat fully reclines, it can face front or back, etc. And the colors are so bright and fun. It's the only stroller you'll want.

Some of these items are hard to find because big baby stores don't carry them. I find most of my baby stuff online at www.babyearth.com. I really love this store because they have so many cool products.

Best of luck! Hope this helps.
I'd encourage you to look 'outside the box,' and avoid the mainstream plastic junk as much as possible.

Much of what you mentioned is unnecessary.

Babies can be brought in the tub with you, nursed directly from the breast, carried in arms, and they can sleep with you in bed -- you do not actually need a baby bath, a pump, a stroller, a crib. You may find it nice to have one or more of those things, but always remember that those sorts of things are usually for parental convenience, not to benefit baby.

Your $ is better spent on books and quality toys.

How to lose weight fast.. adn turn a post pregnant belly into abs again...any advice or tips?

i had a c-section and even though I would still liek to lose some more wieght I have a bit of a pouch that i would like to turn into muscle... any ideas??How to lose weight fast.. adn turn a post pregnant belly into abs again...any advice or tips?
I had a vaginal birth a year and three days ago. (I will not refer to it as ';natural'; as I was in a hospital and induced. I would have been okay in the hospital, I just wasn't in agreement with the induction, which I could not argue or protest after my doctor scheduled it. He tells me this the day before he went on holiday and could not be reached. In the end it worked out, but I still don't refer to it as ';natural';.) When I was pregnant, or after my pregnancy, I wasn't concerned about losing weight, I figured it would come off when it was supposed to. (I lost ten pounds the first week, but was still in maternity pants two months later. I was able to squeeze back into my 12s about five months later. Now, they're too loose.)

Supposedly breastfeeding is supposed to help, as it helps contract the muscles back into shape and burns about 500 calories a day. However, I breast feed for my daughter's benefits, not as a ';diet';. (Any healthful benefits for me are just a nice side effect.) While I'm about 15 pounds less than what I was when my daughter was conceived, I have not, regrettably, exercised. I don't diet. I don't follow any ';rules';. I eat what I want when I want. However, I do eat whole, real foods. I try to avoid enriched flour (fancy wording for white), corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup (I'm aware of the commercials, but they are also biased; similar to the milk industry's drink milk and be skinny claims), partially hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors, artificial colors, and anything that looks as though it was created in a lab by man, and not in nature by God. This is what has worked for me and I wouldn't mind gaining a few pounds.

The weather is still nice. Put your baby in his stroller and go for a walk. While it's not always feasible, it does tire my daugther out. (Our spring walks conditioned her into taking an afternoon nap. The sun caused her to instinctively close her eyes and the movement of the stroller lulled her to sleep. Now, I just nurse her in the afternoons and she usually falls asleep.) I digress. I hope this helps. Your body didn't get that way overnight, and it won't get back overnight either. How to lose weight fast.. adn turn a post pregnant belly into abs again...any advice or tips?

    Tips and advice on kittens?

I'm getting a female 7-8 week old in like 2 hours (ahh im excited)

does any 1 have any good useful tips or advice on kittens??

thank u sooo much!Tips and advice on kittens?
Please when she's old enough, neuter her.

First, she's extremelly young, she'll be agraviated by all the new changes she'll have in such a short period of time, so don't push it, let her smell evrything and meet the new place and her new faily, and if you see her go away to a ';save'; plac, just let her, too much stress may affect her.

Have evrything ready, litter box, food, place to sleep. She should know which are her areas since the beggining. Give her lots of love and speak her softly, start calling her by her name since the first time (please pick the name and don't change it every day) so she can learn it fast. and LOTS OF PATIENCE!

Congratulation for your new baby! you'll have lots of fun!!Tips and advice on kittens?
Feed the kitten canned food to start. Put down some dry kitten food to help it get used to it. Always have fresh water present. Your kitten will need to eat every 4 hours at least for now, as it stomach is small. Have a kitty litter pan ready and take him in there after meals and naps. He will sleep quite a bit at this age. Keep all string, rubber bands or ribbon out of his reach as he can ingest these causing a blockage. Keep him warm. He will want to sleep with you as he will miss his litter mates. Hes favorite time to play will be when you are asleep, so you will need to get used to that.Take him for his vet check and schedule his vaccinations and spay, if female, neuter, if male ( this is very important to prevent mammary gland cancer in females and testicular cancer in males)

Ask your vet when is the appropriate time to start. flea control products and worming. Never use over the counter flea control,as it can be fatal. Over the counter wormers don't work. Use only products that the vet supplies and on a prescribed schedule.Purchase toys and balls that he can chase and bat around the house. Have fun with your kitten. If it is raised as an indoor cat he will live to be a ripe old age.
Start training ASAP. If you've already invested in all the cat toys, scratching posts, litters, and KITTEN food, then your next job is to prepare for the future.

Do you have rules set up? (i.e. cat not allowed on dining room table but is allowed on the sofa) Is everyone in your household on board with those rules? Do you have a place for the kitty litters? When will you get the cat fixed? Do you have a vet picked out already? Have you started a savings account (or getting pet insurance) to pay for unexpected vet visits? How much are you willing to sacrifice for the sake of kitty? Do you have a name? etc.

I trained my cats to come when I called them from day one. I associated feeding time with a clicking noise. After about a week, they recognized that clicking = food and eventually just learned to come when they heard the clicking noise. This made it possible for me to let my cats outside knowing they would come when called. (Also comes in handy when they find those neat hiding places and you can't find them.)

Also, consider getting a decal in case of an emergency. This is important with animals that hide when scared. http://www.greatpetstuffonline.com/1_Cat鈥?/a>
Give her time to settle in, she may just run off and hide under the bed, don't try and force her to come out, just leave her to find her own way around.

she will miss her mum, brothers and sisters on the first couple of nights so a bed that is safe and warm will help to comfort her. ( a ticking clock under some blankets in her bed will imatate her mums heart beat).

She may not eat very much in the first few days so dont worry but leave food and water out all the time.

Don't forget that you need to take her to the vets to have her jabs and to be wormed if she hasnt had them done.

Oh yes one more thing, have loads of fun with her.
You should get her spayed when she is 6 months!

Don't stress her out by holding her frequently, trying to make her eat or poop or do something she doesn't want. Let her explore the environment on her own time... she can sit crying all day or start to sniff around the house.

I hope you have all the necessary items... litter box, food and water bowl WITH food and water in them, scratching post, few toys, and collar with tag. Oh and a bed its optional though.

Try to keep the house quiet and not TOOOOO excited, this may cause her to stress also. And begin to call her by her name. Good luck!
Make sure you have the vet check her out, DO NOT rough house with her. I made that mistake with my 4 month old kitten and now he thinks it is fun to bite me. It didn't hurt when he was little, but now he bites super hard. Make sure you have plenty toys for her and get her spayed when she is 5 months old. I was all for declawing before I got him, but now have chosen not to do it. If you think about it, it is really mean and in-humane. Good luck and give her lots of lovin!

dnt try too much things for ur hair.othrwise u will jst damage them. keep them as they are. just use gud quality shampoo and conditioner to improve thier texture.u can try lorial's serum also.

How can i make my already tight waves even tighter? any curl-enhancing products?videos? websites? advice/tips?

kinda confused what you mean ';tight waves'; I know tight curls but not waves but if you want tighter curls use a small curling iron even if you have naturally curly hair and dont use gel it weighs your hair down

I have 2 weeks to put on as much weight as i can. Any advice or tips. i dont care if its fat either?

I need some extra meat on me so i dont get smashed around as much when im playng footyI have 2 weeks to put on as much weight as i can. Any advice or tips. i dont care if its fat either?
eat a large cookie dough blizzard everyday from dairy queen. best thing to do to gain weight. (i know from experience)I have 2 weeks to put on as much weight as i can. Any advice or tips. i dont care if its fat either?
easy eat a high carb, high protein diet. Eat 5-6 times per day. and by all means start lifting weights are you are going to get your bum served to you on a silver platter.
eat alot of fast food and be less active or go buy weight on available at walmart and Walgreen's or a health food store. good luck !
you're so lucky. *carbohydrates*, fat and sugar. A LOT OF IT. and eat right before you go to bed. you're body won't get the chance to work it off because you're sleeping and you'll gain weight really fast. if you wanted to be healthy about it. get a whey protein shake and drink that before and after you workout (weight lifting mostly) you'll gain weight really fast.
    MC DONALDS!!!!
Are you sure you want to put on fat? Fat won't really help you. If you're underweight then by all means put weight on. But generally i don't think that by getting fat you'll really help yourself. You can put on weight by eating a lot of fruit but very slowly, cause fruit does contain calories and the more you eat the less your body needs of it at the time and if you eat alot then it will store it as fat but its only natural sugars. You should have the proper calorie intake a day and if you want then chocolate will definately make you put on weight everytime you consume it, but chocolate isn't good for anyone. I think of it as like a treat, in a balanced diet i wouldn't eat a lot of it. I don't know how old you are but i hope i can help. Cheese contains fat and its usually the first thing people cut out of their diets even though it can be good for you. You probably need lots of protein and calcium. Eggs are good too, they're fattening and contaain protein. I would suggest putting muscle on if you don't want to get bashed around. Oh ye and meat of course, the only reason i haven't mentioned it is becaus i'm vegetarian.
    Two words:

    Peanut, and Butter.

Peanut butter is high in protein and fat, so you'll grow strong and maybe even taller.

Also... yeah, just try and have as much protein as you can...

eat eggs, drink milk, and stuff.

I would suggest not getting TOO fat, and exercising while you gain all this weight, or you'll still get knocked around, AND have to worry about loosing weight.

Why don't you just get more stronger instead of more fatter? Once you're overweight, you're just going to want to get it off. You being thin right now, you have an advantage, and don't have to work that hard to get stonger, but once you're oveweight, you have to worry about first loosing the weight, and then also working out and stuff, which will be even harder for you.

So I guess I would say, just eat things that are high in protein and calcium and vitamins so that you can grow strong bones and stuff. Don't just eat tinkie winkies (I forgot what they're called, ;D) and rollos and hersheys and stuff. That will just make you unhealthy. And exercise, so that the fat you eat will be converted into muscle. Also, make sure to eat three meals a day, so you won't want to go binging and over eat, because sometimes when you eat more than usual, and not at certain times, people tend to over eat and it becomes an issue.
Really the healthiest way is to use the weight gain shakes that are available. They are high calorie, High protein and have good nutrition.

You can add heavy foods to your diet rich in protein.

High fat foods are of course good for weight gain but be careful on the adverse effects that the fried foods and unhealthy fast food stuff will have.

I have recently started taking an anti-depressant, a generic for wellbutrin sr. any advice/stories/tips?

I am 23 years old, single mom, college student.I have recently started taking an anti-depressant, a generic for wellbutrin sr. any advice/stories/tips?
I was on it for awhile, I found it to be a nice mild drug with little side effects. But remember everyone reacts to things differently. I needed Depokote with the Wellbutrin for max effect. Good luck with this! BTW, I am on Lexapro now and it is FANTASTIC!I have recently started taking an anti-depressant, a generic for wellbutrin sr. any advice/stories/tips?
My doctor upped my dosage without consulting a psychiatrist AND I lost control and RAGED. I don't have anger issues and I scared the crap out of my daughter and if someone reported me, I would've got a visit for sure.

As long as a psychiatrist is aware of the dosing, you should be fine. If the amount is as high or higher than 300mg, request a psychiatrist to handle the meds.

Seriously, many people's doctors up it and they don't take this into account AND it's a major side effect.

Keep alert. Stay ontop of your emotions. Take an anger management course (2.5 hours long), so you have the tools to deal with an adverse side effect like RAGE.

I took anger management afterwards even though it was drug induced. I thought I should really understand it anyways AND it has been amazing for my daughter and I. We are so close now.

She was 7 at the time of the scare and my nervous breakdown (anxiety induced breakdown brought on by the doubling of my meds as ordered by a physician). She's 12 now and life is so awesome.

Welbutrin is also the same drug to help people stop smoking under the marketing name 'Zyban'. What does this mean for you? Do you have an addiction or habit you are trying to break ~ nail biting, over eating, face picking, etc. This is the time to crack down, get counselling or support, and stop whatever is nitpicking you.

    1. Bring a psychiatrist on board.

    2. Watch anger, rage, sobbing, heavy emotions and report to doctor.

    3. Be alert to anxiety or shaking and report to doctor.

    4. Make sure you make 3 main meals a day and eat at all of them.

    5. Take Anger Management and other courses that aid in social settings....constructive communication, boundaries, grief and loss, etc.

    6. Don't hesitate to talk to a pharmacist about side effects ~ they know what they are and no when it needs to be reported.

  • Drawing tips/advice/help!?

I want to learn how to draw. So therefore, i need some tips, advice, help or whatever else.. I also need some websites to go to. I really really wanna draw those really cool hearts and roses and maybe some cartoon characters. I don't want to draw anything boring like portraits, still life, etc. But thank you in advance!Drawing tips/advice/help!?
Because drawing is often self-taught, you tend to keep making mistakes much longer than when a teacher is available to help. Here are the 10 most common mistakes beginners make when they learn to draw. Some big, some small, all fixable. Check and see whether these errors crop up in your drawings, and get some tips on fixing them.

    1. Drawing With a Hard Pencil

If you have no very dark shadows and the whole picture is rather pale, check your pencil. Are you using a Number2 (HB) pencil? These are too hard to draw with (though they are handy for light shading). Get a B, 2B and 4B for darker values. Read more about pencil grades.

    2. Portraits from Flash Photography

This is the major cause of beginner drawing problems. Using flash photography flattens the features, giving you nothing to work with. When the person is facing you, it is very hard to see the modeling of the face, as the perspective vanishes behind their head, and add a cheesy snapshot grin and you make life very hard! Have the person turning slightly to one side so you can model their face, with natural lighting to give good skin tones, and a natural expression to show their real personality.

    3. Incorrect Head Proportions

Because of the way we focus on a person's features, we usually draw them too big and squash the rest of the head. Learn about the correct head proportions

    4. Twisted Features

Because we are used to looking at a person straight-on, we naturally try to make their features look level when we draw them. If their head is on an angle, this results in strange distortions in the picture. Sketch guidelines first to ensure that the features are on the same angle as the rest of the face. Learn more about drawing the human head.

    5. Pet Drawings from Human Eye Level

When you take a photograph standing up, you are looking down at your pet. They have to look up, and you end up with their head seeming much bigger than their body, and a rather odd expression on their face. Have someone distract them so they aren't staring down the lens, and squat down so the camera is at their head level, and you'll get a much better reference photo. Read more about pet photography for drawing.

    6. Being Afraid of Black

Often when shading, the shadows don't go past dark gray. If your value range is restricted to in some cases half what it ought to be, you are limiting the modeling and depth in your drawing. Put a piece of black paper at the corner of your drawing, and don't be afraid to go dark. Really dark. Improve your range of tone.

    7. Outlining in Value Drawings

When value drawing, you are creating an illusion with areas of tonal value. When you use a hard drawn line to define an edge, you disrupt this illusion. Let edges be defined by two different areas of tonal value meeting. Read more about Value Drawing.

    8. Drawing on the Wrong Paper

If your drawing is pale, it might be the paper. Some cheap papers have a sheen on the surface that is too smooth to grab the particles off the pencil. A thick notepad has too much 'give' under the pencil to allow you to apply enough pressure. Try a basic photocopy/office paper, or check the art store for cheap sketch paper. Place a piece of card under a couple of sheets to give a firmer surface. If you are trying to do even shading, some sketch papers can be too coarse, giving an uneven texture. Try a hot-pressed Bristol board or similar smooth drawing paper. Find out more about paper

    9. Scribbled Foliage

Don't use circular scribbles to draw foliage. Use more convex shaped stumbling - like crescent shapes and scribbly calligraphic marks - to draw the shadows in and around clusters of foliage, and your trees will look much more realistic.

    10. Wiry, Pencil-Line Hair and Grass

If you draw every hair or blade of grass as a pencil line, you'll end up with a horrible, wiry, unnatural mess. Use feathery pencil-strokes to draw the shadows and dark foliage behind areas of grass - just like drawing short hair in this drawing hair tutorial. Drawing tips/advice/help!?
my advice is to get the supplies: a sketchbook, a fine tipped black pen, pencil/mechanical pencil, a kneaded eraser, a white eraser, any markers u want or colored pencils for coloring.

then sketch it out, you can even trace the basic image of a heart then go from there. make sure to do it lightly so that u can erase. the kneaded eraser is like silly putty, you can lift the design off and not get all that eraser mess. after u sketch, u can outline with the black pen and start shading with the colored pencils, or if u want markers decide where the shadows are and use a darker color.

there are special manga pens you can buy if u are really into cartoons but they are expensive and are only at specialty art stores.

    2) Use Loreal Mascara, True Match Blush, %26amp; ALWAYS wear eyeliner.

    3) Never wear your hair the same way 2 days in a row. Get a curling iron, a flat iron, and gel to scrunch your hair.

I am going to a theme park on Wednesday, i am a bit scared of the rides, do you have any advice and tips?

I am going with my very good friend and he wants to go on the very big rides, i'm a bit scared of the big rides, but want to go on them so much, i think partially my fear is that i weigh 242 pound and i can just picture not fitting in the seats and get turned away in major embarrassment, but also a bit scared, can someone help, i feel uneasy and nervous, i don't have time to lose weight as its in a couple of days...I am going to a theme park on Wednesday, i am a bit scared of the rides, do you have any advice and tips?
Don't eat too much before (obviously)

And SCREAM your lungs out during the rides! Screaming vents out your fear and anguish and releases the stress ball forming in your gut.I am going to a theme park on Wednesday, i am a bit scared of the rides, do you have any advice and tips?
Just do what you're comfortable with. From what I've found, the ';tamer'; rides sometimes are actually more of a tighter fit because their designed for younger people. Your fit might be a bit snug on the bigger rides, but you should fit without embarassment.

Most of the rides you can see from the ground as they go past. Just watch them go by first and make your judgment from that. Look at the people on the ride and in line.

Just use your best judgment and have fun. Parks are full of rides. If you're uncomfortable with one, just know it's an opportunity to spend that time riding and enjoying a different one.
dude i was **** scared of ';big'; rollercoasters before I actually went on them. The hardest part is actually queing and getting on the ride if your scared of them, but once your on you forget what you were afraid of, trust me! Now i love rollercoasters!

I'd just try to talk to your friend whilst waiting to get on the ride so you dont think about your fear. As for your weight , its fine you'd have to be much bigger than that ,to not fit!

    good luck

    good luck!
heh i know how you feel. i was scared of them too but i got over it im only 12.what i did on my first time going on a ride with loops and stuff......this will be weird but.....i closed my eyes pretended i was jamesbond and sang that theme song.
Look at the website for the park you're going to; it may have information on ride access for larger people. For example, here's Cedar Point's:

just think it will only last one day and you will some day look back on that day so, make it a fun one.

For Pectorals and Abs? Tips? Advice? Excercises?

I have pretty strong arms and legs, but my middle area has always been a place i feel i could use a little catching up. Does anyone have any good ideas (maybe a link?) for something i could do for my abs and pectorals? (aka, man boobs)For Pectorals and Abs? Tips? Advice? Excercises?
Don't screw around! Go here, and this will show you every exercise you'll ever need, and how to do them the RIGHT way!

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/index.ht鈥?/a>

Plus all the nutrition information needed to put on some serious mass! For Pectorals and Abs? Tips? Advice? Excercises?
I know by personal experience that heaps of push-ups work-out your pecs and crunches do your abs. Do a heap of both for a while and see what happens.
get in the gym. bench press, flies, push ups, military press, shrugs, rows, bent over rows, lat pull ups and downs, pull ups, bicep curls, hammer curls, nose breakers, kick backs, diamond push ups, iso bench, pull overs, forearm curls, sit ups and other core exercises. also, start eating healthy and running.
For your chest the best exercise is the bench press. However just doing that alone for chest won't get you far. Also do dumbbell presses and flyes, and lots and lots of pushups, regular pushups, narrow pushups, and wider pushups. You don't have to do all of that in one workout. Try to change your routine every couple of weeks or so, maybe do bench press first then dumbbell press then pushups, then change dumbbell press with flyes, or whatever you want.

For your abs, you have to mix good exercise routine with proper diet. For exercises do lots of crunches especially bicycle crunches, they are really good. Some cross crunches for your obliques and shave off those love handles. Some reverse crunches and hip ups(lifting both your legs till they are 90 degrees) and when you are more advanced hanging leg lifts. But you also gotta watch what you eat. I'm sure you already know that, lots of protein, few carbs and saturated fats. Go healthy. OH, and drink lots of water 1 gallon a day at least. Search around the internet for other exercise routines for these muscles. I will give you some links to some great sites that have helped me out.

I'm getting contacts for the first time so can I have some advice or tips?

Always make sure ur hands are clean when putting them IN or taking OUT!! ....change the solution every day in your contact container! Also, dont buy the cheapy solution...even though its a few bucks cheaper -- I sware on my life there is a difference. I Always use Opti brand. For awhile, I was buying the walmart solution %26amp; it seemed like my contacts were tearing %26amp; such. ALSO, dont sleep in them! It can really mess your eyes up and they get very dry. I usually swim in mine -- just not opening your eyes of course. It does take awhile to get use to them...but overall, they are wayyy better than bulky glasses. However I would have a back up pair of specs just incase something happens w/the contacts or for at night time just laying around the house!!I'm getting contacts for the first time so can I have some advice or tips?
Putting them in will irritate your eyes for a while. If you get daily wear contacts you have to keep them clean.I've been wearing contacts for years. What's bad is when the day is windy or you're around a fan, they tend to dry the contacts out and you have to keep putting drops in your eyes to alleviate the problem. Also, when you have a cold or something of that nature that causes your eyes to be red and itchy, you won't want to wear them because it'll kind of hurt. They can be alot of trouble at times so prepare yourself.FYI put a drain guard in your sink!I've dropped one while putting them in and lost it down the drain!I cost me $60 just to replace the one I lost!I'm getting contacts for the first time so can I have some advice or tips?
Always wash your hands before touching your eyes or the contacts.

Ensure that the lens is the right way round (touch the edges together and see which way the lens bends the most easily).

If you have different powers for each eye, be careful not to mix up your lens (I've done this quite a lot...).

When you hold it on the tip of your finger do not breath on it or it will float away and you won't find it until weeks later when it's all dried up.

Don't leave them in too long. Give your eyes a rest sometimes.

Contacts worked great for me. Your optician will explain everything to you.
wash your hands before and after, change the solution often, dont keep your contacts in for more than the recommended time, and keep your contacts case clean inside and out and NEVER sleep in them...they can fuse to ur eyeball!!! hope this helps
its easy once u get used to it...watch your doc closely...he should show u...but always make sure u see the little numbers on it in the light...if they are backwards your contact will really annoy u...use your index finger or what ever is comfortable...make sure u soak the lenses in a solution for sanitation
Dont leave them in too long.

Lots of people try to save some money and use contacts longer then they're supposed to, but it will hurt you in the long run, and the utter discomfort is not nearly worth the price
Try not to sleep in them. It really can irritate your eyes! Wash your hands before putting them in and taking them out.
it will be different at first touching your eyeball but you will get used to it.
to keep from accidently sleeping in them, never ay down and watch tv with them in.
Keep your hands VERY clean when using them, make sure they're in inside out

  • I want to adopt a dog via RSPCA or Pet Rescue. Does anyone have any preferences, advice or tips to share?

By adopting a dog you save its life!

Just remember, you are supporting such a great cause:)

Good luck!I want to adopt a dog via RSPCA or Pet Rescue. Does anyone have any preferences, advice or tips to share?
I'm currently thinking about doing the same thing.

There's nothing really you need to know. Just make sure you pick the right dog for your lifestyle. The people may need to come and inspect your property before letting you take the dog home. The dogs normally come with a two to four week trial period, and if the dog turns out to be incompatible with your life, you can return him/her.

Good luck, and I wish you all the best in your search for your new friend.I want to adopt a dog via RSPCA or Pet Rescue. Does anyone have any preferences, advice or tips to share?
I have big issues with the RSPCA* (although obviously not with the dogs!!) and I'd go to Dogs Trust, or a private Rescue Centre (or Breed Rescue) way ahead of going near the RSPCA.

    * Reasons? Apart from their political stance these days, my sister adopted from the RSPCA. The pre-adoption home-visit was a brief affair and the visitor only spent about 5 minutes 'checking' the garden and fencing and the rest of the time sat drinking tea and discussing anything but dogs/adoption. And it turned out the dog they chose was totally wrong for them, which the Kennels must have known!!! Happily my sister and her husband stuck with it and she's gradually coming round but this ****** should never have been paired with my sister!! And the RSPCA has never phoned to check all is well (perhaps they prefer to let sleeping dogs lie, but ..............)
Like others have said just go to the RSPCA or rescue centre and remember what you want in a dog. The staff can be very helpful so it might be an idea to get them to show you around and answer any questions.

Its not that nice walking round. i wanted to take them all home but when we saw an adorable little pup with a broken leg we were hooked. we knew she was the one we wanted and dispite the staff trying to put us off due to her being 'messed up' we fought for her.

We got our special little girl on sunday after spending four weeks visiting her every day as she couldnt come home until her leg was better. Unfortunatly the vet messed up and she had her leg amputated on friday but now she is home and hoping round like any other pup.

It really is an amazing feeling to give a dog a home after some of the stories you hear. We love our little girl and she will have a happy home for life.

Just remember to be patient when you get your chosen dog home. it is all new and they can be very timid and scared the first few days. Pooping on the floor will be one of the many thinks you have to deal with but its all worth it when you see their tail wagging!!

    Hope this helps.

    Good luck
RSPCA is good but i prefere MONICAS DOGGY RESCUE. monica saves dogs from being put down at places like rspca. she has a No Kill policy and takes very good care of her dogs. you can get them at any age from puppies to 12 year olds and they have already had there first few shots.

check out her websiteor email her for more information:

Just choose a dog that you like, spend a bit of time checking them out before you choose to adopt one because the dog you choose is going to be your responsibility once you adopt it so you might as well get one that you will like.
There really arent any tips needed. Just go to the store, get some info, sign some papers and your done.

Ive heard for the spca they check your house before allowing you to bring your animal home.

    And thats pretty much it.

    Good luck.
Here's some good article you can read on regarding adoption. hope this helps:

RSPCA is good but i prefere MONICAS DOGGY RESCUE.
Buy a carpet shampooer. The dog will probably pee all over the place.

NEED ADVICE? My friend is really sick and i need tips on what she should eat but she doesn't like soup?

My friend is really sick and she has the flu and she has diarrhea and she has tried eating food but she keeps throwing it up and she hasnt eaten for 2 days without throwing up.

    PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

She needs to eat something but i dont know what!

i just want her to get better!NEED ADVICE? My friend is really sick and i need tips on what she should eat but she doesn't like soup?
She should drink lots of hot water, get lots of sleep, eat food that is easily digested like soup (ok you said she doesn't like it, maybe she should get a different flavored soup and if it really doesn't work then she should get some other food that is easily digested like bread?... I don't know haha). Get well soon!NEED ADVICE? My friend is really sick and i need tips on what she should eat but she doesn't like soup?
She should eat soft foods, start very lightly with simple carbs: crackers, small amounts ofbread...things that will sit awhile and absorb any remaining acids. I hope your friend feels better.Good Luck!!!
she should definetaly try yogurt or icecream, so she dont get dehydrated or she will get worse before she gets better, and drink plenty of fluids.

no one can force you to get organized, or tell you what will work best for you, it is something you have to figure out on your own.no one can help you if you don't put the effort in yourself.

Stay away from people who you know are bad influence, don't trust easily, get to know the crowd you get into. Because you might get lost in it. Be wise, don't try to fit in and try your best. Just be you, if you want to graduate, you have to stay away from weed, trouble, sex, blahblah. This is highschool, and it's the only highschool you'll ever get in your whole life. So live it up! :DIM going intO HIGHschool finally; any tips?advice?warnings?:))?
damn man high skool it was the s**t haha

just be you and dont try to hard gettin to e cool with the upper classmen just find some ppl you know are gonna do right and keep your head up and try gettin into basketball or some kinda sport then you will get attention from the older ppl if thats wat u want but mainly stay focused on skool and GET YOUR WORK DONE BEFORE YOU GOOF OFF AND HAVE FUN!!!
Do your work on time and ask if you have questions. Don't be too shy to ask for help. Be nice to everyone and just treat everyone the way you would like to be treated. Try to join an after school activity to make some new friends and keep busy.
