How do I treat,or take care of runners knee??need tips and advice..thanks.?

Take some time off to get totally healthy. Then, get back into it a little at a time. Do your running up and down a football field, coming to a full stop and making half of your turns slowly to the left and half to the right so as not to put all strain on one knee. Run only on grass. Never run on hard surfaces. Stay away from running steps. Don't do unusual exercises like deep knee bends. Always loosen up before you run. Listen to your body and take time off whether it is two days or one month as pain means your body is talking.How do I treat,or take care of runners knee??need tips and advice..thanks.?
Take a week off. I suffered from serious problem. i took a week off. Its all better now.How do I treat,or take care of runners knee??need tips and advice..thanks.?
you must not training more than 2 hour daily. Always wear correct running shoes. You also have to wear knee pad that can hold your knee from sprain.
